I made all 20 of Crystals favorite beanies that she had listed in her recent video!! This first part features the 1st 11 beanies. The second part will feature the remaining 9. I will say I loved making these awesome creations!! Please check out her beanie tutorials!! Enjoy!!

I loved the very first one…
I always wear my hair up in a twisted bun. For that reason, I never wear hats but.... I am going to make the slouchy beanie. I really think I could wear that. Thanks for this video.

I want to crotchet hats for chemo patients. I just started crocheting, so I’m not great & my yarn stash is very small. But my goal is to make 2 hats a month to donate to hospitals & chemo clinics!
Whomever does or has made & donated hats to chemo patients - a big shout out to you and THANK YOU!!! You have no idea how much this is appreciated by patients!
I can tell you from my personal experience, I was more grateful for the hat than the wig donation! (Chemo causes hair loss so your always cold - even in summer months.)
I wore my hat everyday, all day! I didn’t care if it matched or not & it missed many wash days because I didn’t want to be cold. I was surprised that I get 2 different wigs but could only get one hat. They didn’t have enough to give more than one away. Plus colors & styles were limited to the size that fit. 12 years out and I still have my hat today. It’s worn out & a few holes but it’s a hat I’ll cherish & keep forever!
Juan all the hats are great but the blurred line made with ice yarn is really attractive

I fell head over heals in love with the stitch sampler beanie and I have made about 6. Gifted 3. 2nd for me is the reversable. Loved making both and they are so comfy.

That landslide beanie in the colour purple really looks good on you. Purple being your favourite colour, you should choose purple more for wearables 😀 purple becomes you!

So Juan, I heard you discussing doing hats from bag o day… I got on the wagon! I went to the beanie tutorials, and I’m now 6 hats in on one type. Her tutorials are all the things and I’m going to do another one soon

Love you video thank for reviewing and trying the hats on helps so much to see them on a man. I love bag o day she is so detailed and excellent at explaining which may be bowing for season crocheter’s but a beginner like myself truly appreciate all the detail about yarn weight, brands, yards, etc. And to provide it at no charge is a God sent. I’m a grandmother and have always wanted to crochet but between work family and life could never take class. I love the stitch sampler made one for my sister
I love the red heart ombre yarn its an acrylic that feels like cotton.....a discovery i found out about the rh ombre yarn if you do afghan in shells, shells that have skipped stitches and a single in between the shells one row and next row a single crochet into each stitch of the shells . I did that in the newsprint colorway ombre , it makes a marbled effect... try it, its so fantastic looking
I'm impressed, yet again, with the quality of your work. The beanies that you showed in this vid are terrific! Aren't Crystal's designs fabulous?! I need to make my brother a beanie he can wear at work. He's a meat cutter and the meat room must necessarily be kept extra cold. He keeps warm everywhere but his head, lol, so I was asked to make him "some kinda hat." The catch is, it must be very plain, no fancy stitches. Honestly, I didn't think Crystal made any "plain" beanies but the first one you showed, l believe, will fit the bill nicely! Thanks for the inspiration, Juan! Can't wait for Part 2!
