Nantucket Shoals Fluke Fishing 2022 w/**Dead Whale Sighting**

Annual trip to the Nantucket Shoals. We were forced due to weather to rush up north leaving at 8pm on Wednesday. We arrived in Chatham, MA around 1:45pm Thursday. We hopped on the boat and hit the shoals. We had keepers up to 8.2lbs. We were supposed to fish 2 days but weather didn't cooperate for us. Just saved some fish for next year! Ahhhh can't wait to get up there. Fishing the sound has been great this year for stripers but I want some tuna and big fluke!

Great video!!!, What size weight were you guy using? any issues with scoping because of the speed of the drift?

We were using anywhere from 8-12oz throughout the day. We didn’t scope very much with variable wind until the afternoon why we bumped up the weight. Thanks for watching!
