These guys were mostly studio musicians who would get together and jam. They ended up creating some beautiful music. This is one of my favorites

One of the best songs of the 80”s! I could sing along still! Love from Sweden! 😍

This is a very relatable song for me. A lot more of my journey lies behind me than ahead of me, and I am seeing more and more of the people who made the journey in the same time frame as me leave for whatever lies beyond. In the end, all that is left is the memory that those who are still alive have of us. To me, that means that I should try to make sure that memory is good, pleasant to those who carry me in their minds.

Thank you. I do wish that they hadn’t faded the play out quite so early - Mel Collins lays one of the most glorious outros in popular music !

I've been listening to Alan Parsons' music since the very late 80's. Alan Parsons is an English musician born in London.

Better late than never! You absolutely got the essence and sensitivity of this spot on. Thought provoking and as you say deep, has great meaning for me from nearly 30 years ago but it still makes me cry! Thank you for another great reaction.

Actually it's a bitter song you feel the pain he has been with his life all the important person he has been with all the pain he endured and suffering too but he kept on going he'd gone thru a lot and at least what he is requesting that at the end of the line he needs affirmation and not to deny him for that especial person and you could feel that too.
