- This is just a compilation of ways to use tags, either plain, punched or from digital kits, and turn them into pockets or tucks. Nothing really new, just a variety of possibilities in one spot. The samples are made using Dark Compendium and Vintage Bugs kits from Tracie Fox Creative, and I’ll link those kits below. I hope this gives you some new or different ways to turn tags into pickets. So sorry to hear your journal got lost in the mail. I can only imagine the hours and hours and love that went into that project. My heart did a leap when I saw you posted a video. Thank you for all GREAT ideas! I don't use digitals, but I save card stock-y junk mail, so I will be busy making tags I can then use for these ideas.

Ohhh, I am loathe to use bugs, even butterfly’s and lady bugs. If I don’t have to see an icky butterfly body I will challenge myself to use them but no, I don’t need to challenge myself further. 😊😂

So excited to see you had posted a new video, loved it! My daughter is a teacher and she gets so frustrated with administration and how they are always changing things. Change is good but when they start the year off one way and then change things a month or two into the year that is a whole lot of work for the teachers. Congrats on the new fur baby❤🥰

Many thanks for this video! Inspiring to the max. You also made me buy a couple of kits from Tracie Fox - they are so nice and useful :-) I've bought a few from her before, so she's not new to me. Hope you get the things you asked for at the end of this video.
What I saw (at 52.40 minutes in) was that when you cut with a scalpel and used the Tim Holtz ruler... If you cut towards the other side where there is a metal line, it reduces the risk of cutting into the ruler. You problably already know that :-)

I want you to know that you've got a new subscriber/admirer! Even before you said it in one of your videos, I knew you were a teacher. I also taught 5th grade and then became an elementary music teacher and taught all the grades. I retired in 2005 and took up paper crafting. I welcome the inspiration you bring to my work.

Oh man Cori, I can't believe what they did to you at school! So much money and time!!! You're a champ. Congratulations on your new puppy love!!! Our fur babies make everything better. Our bichon was 17 and we had to put her down in July because of Cushings Disease. We are looking actively for a rescue bichon. Love your tags. It was so good to see you again!!!

Love all of these tag ideas in one video! I am happy to watch you for much longer than even this video, so please don’t worry about the time. Look at how long we watch Tim Holtz! Sounds like life has thrown you some curveballs, but in true Cori style, I’m sure you handled them with grace and determination. Cori, you teach the way I think. Very concise and definitive. Thankyou for sharing your technique for making tags. I have a ton of them and love to see new ideas on how to use them. Sorry life has been throwing you lemons. My brother had been a substitute teacher but won't go back because of the fear of getting sick. We both have Crohn's disease. He always ended up being upset about the lack of plans for the substitute and I would have to listen to him!! Teachers do so much work outside of school hours and most people don't have a clue. Take care. I look forward to your next video when you have the time to film.
