IIRC Arcade Mode was either the best fun you could have with the campaign, or actual suffering worse than Insanity difficulty because some of the modifiers made enemies into power weapon carrying sponges
I feel like Halo 3 was really peak Halo, as far as gameplay went. Reach was good and refreshing with armor abilities, but Halo 3 honestly had the formula nailed down. Forge custom games honestly went hard, and were lowkey more fun than standard MP, cause even if you sucked ass at Halo, you still had fun with friends fucking around. My personal favorite was Infection with speed zombies on the giant sandbox map with the Elephant. I feel, if the original trilogy ever gets a full on remaster like Dead Space 1 did, all they'd need to do is touch up the graphics and make sure content like the Needle Rifle, dual wielding, & DMR was spread throughout all three titles... Oh, and make sure it's not 343 doing it, we've already seen that all they can manage is complete dogshit.
it feels so wierd hearing someone saying lambent and not mean me as my xbox name has lambent in it and its what people use to call me feels so odd it takes all i got to not reply whenever i hear someone say it
