Keishhhhhhh...you were missed! Glad your back! Your hair is flourishing 💃🏾 🙌🏾 😍 You've def. motivated me- My hair is a mess 🙈 😑 I need to get it 2gether- show it some love and be consistent 😔New Year- New hair 😏 Merry Christmas girl! 🙋🏾😉
+Erykah J.O.P ^_^ ^_^ Thank you girl ! This made my day ! I love it : "New Year- New Hair" I know you'll get it together, consistency is really the only key. Feel free to ask me any for any tips and show me updates along the way, and just be sure to enjoy the journey. Merry Christmas love and wishing you a blessed Happy New Year ! Xo
New Snubbie here! Thank you so much for a VERY DETAILED video!!! So thorough!! Goodness. You have such beautiful hair. And your super patience thru this process! UGH i gotta work on taking my time to do all of this.
Well hey I didn't even know you were back Button! (that's what I call my baby sis, you guys remind me of each other so cute and could easily get away with telling people you're 18 lol) Looking beautiful as always and your hair has grown so much and very healthy.
Wow you hair has grown so much!! I plan to wear protective styles until the fall/winter...hopefully I'll reach mid back length by then, I'm at BSL now. Maybe I'll document it on my channel as well =)
I always wished I had longer hair, but man this is a lot of work. No wonder I subconsciously rip my hair out once it gets past collar bone length. Good for you though ❤️
Love your videos!! So glad you're back thinking about doing a protective style. Actually thinking about doing it more this coming up year. How often do you leave your protective styles in? How long do you suggest to wait before going to the next protective style after taking down the other?
Girl....you've got patience! My hair was very long and I cut it off into a very short, close to the head cut. It's gonna fall out anyway due to cancer treatments!
+Cassie Charles lolll ! girl, it's stressful on my back for sure ..I only do it when I'm recording to get the best view for you guys :) But it's too much LOL.. And thank you love !
I hope you don't mind but I have a suggestion...I noticed you washed with a sulfate shampoo after you fed your hair that lovely deep conditioner, potentially undoing a lot of the moisture. Maybe consider co-washing to detangle first, then shampoo, and deep condition last. You and your hair are gorgeous!
not a good idea to cowash directly after taking down a sew in. maybe u didn't see the pt 1 video to this one. she just took down a sew in. and after taking dow a sew in you never want to immediately wet your hair it will matt up and tangle something awful. she settles first then adds a deep conditions to restore enough moisture just to finish the detangling process and removal of shed hairs from having a sew in. then proceeds to her shampoo routine. and using a sulfate shampoo is necessary after a 12 week install to properly remove buildup. regular use of sulfates can dry the hair but once ever few months or so, or after a long protective style a sulfate shampoo is needed.
Love this! I love using a Pik attachment on my dryer too! I filmed a blow out on my 4c Waist Length Natural Hair last month, I much prefer the Pik attachment to a round brush or paddle brush, that tends to drag out my hair! 😄👏Anyway, High Five✋😃 to my fellow TH-cam Natural Chik😉👍💜🎥✨Paulette.xx Happy Christmas🎄✨✨✨
+Paulette England Hey girl heyy ! Your hair is beautiful btw..aren't Pik attachments the best?!..I'm like you-- I prefer it over any other method. Congrats on your amazing hair journey love and best of luck on YT.. *high fives back* loll Love & light
+keishanista88 Hey Hey girl! definitely! I love your channel! what is your hair type? I hope you're having a great Christmas🎄✨!? see you in your next video, and hopefully you can see me in mine 😉👍💜🎥✨Paulette England.xx
Beautiful.. I'm thinking about getting a weave or wig so my hair can grow even longer. I'm past bra length but I want waste length hunty.. Do u take vitamins?
ur hair grew a ton! but it looks like 6 inches or so need to be removed. do you feel like even though weaves help your hair grow (at the roots) it also causes split ends? I see a lot of girls who wear weaves a lot have bad ends. What are your thoughts on this? I want a weave really bad. I am
+ThreeSixteen yeaaa I have really thick hair, I think I'm more concerned with thickness and health than length...her hair grew super fast, but it also looked thin at the bottom, that would make me feel like I went thru all that for nothing.
she said in a video her last few stylists mishandled her hair which gave her the thin ends and she's on a journey to restore her hair back to its health... I think wearing sew ins it depends on whose installing..if it's too tight that's not good for the hair and you have to still give your hair maintenance with the weave
hey beautiful, I know this has probably been asked a million times, but how long have you been natural? thanks for the upload by the way your hair is gorgeous:)
I'm only 12. I'm trying to convince my mom to let me do a big chop and go natural now. I need feedback!! Is it a good idea or should I wait? I've been getting relaxers since I was like 7. Now, my older sister has done a big chop and her hair, though short, looks amazing and hydrated. I've been looking into people's natural journeys. I think it's a good idea. Please reply below and help me out. Am I wasting my time trying to go natural so young after relaxers/perms?
+Aje J You are definitely NOT wasting your time going natural at a young age. I'm 19 now, but I first went natural when I was 13. I transitioned all throughout 8th grade with braids, then cut off the relaxed ends over the summer going into 9th grade. From there I wore twists to keep my hair in a protective style and allow it to grow. By 10th grade, my hair was near APL and I could wear a healthy voluminous twist out. I say the younger you go natural the better. Just imagine how long and full it will be by the time you're in high school with the proper care :)
I grow my natural hair through weaves and I was told that any longer than 8 weeks is not good for your hair. How often do you wash and condition your hair through installs to keep it healthy?
I'm just trying to understand, why deep condition, shampoo, and then condition again? I understand what you said in your previous video about how deep conditioning prevents tangles when water hits your pair, but then aren't you washing all the deep conditioning benefits away when you shampoo right after? I get that you condition again, but I thought it'd be best to deep condition at the end.
the deep condition acts as a cleanser so most of the time it's best to deep condition first so you can clean you hair and get any product out your hair and de-tangle it, I've personally tried doing the Deep condition first and at other times last and for me it's better to do it first . but that's what works best for me . remember what may work for me may not work for you so just keep that in mind
excuse me how long did it take you? I need to know so I can incorporate this in my monthly plan. thank you so much for sharing and Yahweh for technology
I really don't like wen I see naturals who shampoo after they deep condition. I think it's better to shampoo 1st so your able to have clean scalp & hair so the deep conditioner can penetrate properly to the hair shaft w/out it being blocked from the dirt that's been build up on the hair and scalp. Also the hair tends to lose some moisture w/ the shampoo even if it's a sulfate free shampoo. Again to each it's own
+pocalove123456 Hey girl ! yep, I used to feel the same way..I do switch between the two every now and then..both ways I get my desired result so no harm done. its great that you found what works for you as well. As you said to each their own, the beauty is every ones routine doesnt have to be identical. def check out part 1 to hear why I do it this way on takedown day. Hope that helps love !
+prettylilme98 Yep, I was focused for a long time on just growing my hair out (plus working with different hair companies makes things a little complicated)..but I'm def looking forward to wearing it out more this coming year. Thank you for stopping to speak! Love & light

u should try washing your hair in twist works like a charm

How did you get your hair that long? Biotin?
Do you trim your own hair?
Did I miss the length check?
do you still using henna ?
excuse me how long did it take you? I need to know so I can incorporate this in my monthly plan. thank you so much for sharing and Yahweh for technology
Hello I want to know how Tatnin your hair and how he became a long and heavy Jobe my question please
so sulfate is good for your hair?
they remove buildup....
if you don't use them often they don't dry out your hair, especially after having oil/conditioner in your hair
your hair looks beautiful, but your ends needs a good trim.
So you didn't wash out the leave in?
No love, it's a "leave-in"conditioner..You "leave" it "in" your hair, not rinse it out.. Think of it as a moisturizer. Hope this helps.
Very beautiful just like the owner😊
+Tyusha Rosales Thank you, Tyusha..so kind !
