no it can only provide brightness.. not going to change colour bt regular use of sunscreen can prevent further darkness

Double cleansing is using facial oil or balm to remove any dirt and then use a facial cleanser and to remove dead skin you need to scrub your face every week
For double cleansing you can go for the anua combo that also remove dead skin as well
