1: repeat back the emotional word ( with confused/concerned tone) 2: How Long that has been going on for? 3: how does that affect you? 4: why is this so important to you ...( slow asking) now though? Verbal pacing..
I feel like it's more so about the verbal pauses and the emphasis on certain words. I visualize it as closed caption with emphasis/highlights on certain words. Genius!
i love you. the pause and connecting emotionally with the sharing technique, made me to write this because i want you to grow with that type of mindset because you are awesome. never wrote such a comment for any one.
You’re totally right, I didn’t know I was making sales before in Retention by reliving the pain since I need to le them stay in their subscription. I should also applied this in any sales. Awesome idea haven’t thought of it until I listened to you. 😊
Hey can you make a small video on pest control questions and tonality I've seen a couple with what to do in the beginning but after I'm not sure where to go to not come off as a salesman
I am a business consultant helping new companies incorporate and facing an interesting dilemma. Potential leads engage too much prior to decision making and I feel exhausted feeding too much information ( in a good faith to help ). But once they have all the information either become completely quiet or use my information to go ahead exploring other options. My predicament is I can't push too much or maybe at all, as I respect customer decisions whatever it may be. How to come out of this situation?
I just discussed with a prospect with all details about price, payment term shipping mathod...but no more respons. I have a feeling that he is just take my offer to push his current supplier... really do know what to do.
Not ideal, but, it happens. There is a way to screen if the person is a time-waster who is just going to shop the offer around for a cheap price. Next, time: go into details about the solution/problem solved via rehashing the pain-point. Payment should be simple and casual with not much time (This is the paperwork - there are 3 important parts, the rest is leagalease but we can go through each section together if needed; do you use Visa or MC, great I am ready for the details, what is the #?; expect shipping to take x long).
Good point but, I disagree, you’re helping your prospects understand that not taking action will cause future pain, which will be certain. Providing your solution resolves the customers future pain it’s providing a great service helping your customer.
Stop with the “type me in the comments” 10000000x . Pleaseeeeee. I like your content but we get it. Comment for the algorithm. Please stop being SALESY about it brother !

Ditch the pitch. Educate the buyer, then no sales required.
I really learn a lot from your videos thank you my sales are slowly starting to come in.
Are his videos just for industry salespeople? I work as a Sales Manager at a distribution company.
