I feel he sometimes considers the best possible scenario but actually it's always better to consider the worst case scenario. Someone who's in Microsoft with huge package most probably don't even need such advises(not generalizing). Most of them start with in hand salary of 15k to 20k and have to send money home to parents.
All those startups u mentioned need upfront investment to start with which 90% of early 20's people don't have so this talk isn't really practical. Dreaming ,planning and daily effort can be done but to start a startup that big without upfront investment is not gonna happen . Note I'm not talking about TH-cam channels or blogs. But actual startups.

1.SUBCONCIOUS MIND :: we all have potential but due to laziness, procrastination, awareness we get unable to achieve goals so our belief system develop as we will not able to achieve .Here ,at initial period due to motivation we say or think that nothing is impossibe and say we can do it .but a certain period of time we realised its hard I can't achieve it and also subconciously we also started believing that we can't. Eg :: thinking that Having a networth of 100cr before 30 is easy due to motivation which is might be easy but after a certain period we loose motivation and start believing I can't make 100cr before 30 and this get fit in our subconcious. So, focus on personal growth and improve daily yourself 1% for 6 months and after 6 month confindence will rise within you and your subconcious mind will also start believing you that you can do anything and geniunly you can anything. 2.DREAM BIG. 3.
