I'm in the UK and can't find any good knives on Temu, just junky folders or kitchen knives made of pot metal. What do you search for to find these good ones?

I bought a bk16 clone from Aliexpress. At first I didn’t know it was a clone because it was in 14c28n and g10 scales. It feels really good but when I realised it had bk logos, I was annoyed because now I doubt the steel. It feels really good and if the steel is true, I’m on a winner. I tested it with some battoning and it held up, so it has some heat treatment. I also have a real Strongarm unused and a couple of fakes.
@michaelwaldeck7081 Nothing wrong with purchasing cheap knives and clones in my book because sometimes you Just do not want to spend that much money.So it is a good way of checking to see if you would want to spend that kind of money on that particular knife. Most of the Strongarm's on amazon are counterfeit and easily break from what I've heard, I talked to Gerber about this and they said if its sold by anyone but gerber its counterfeit and Gerber is the ONLY authorized seller on amazon. That Temu "Strongarm" looks to have a hollow grind whereas the Gerber has a flat grind. Perhaps that's why they break easier?

I bought all 3 of these on Temu. They all had boxes with branding on them. They look nice however I wouldn't trust the steel. The BK-2 is thick like the original just slightly thinner. The grinds on BK-2 and Strongarm are hollow grind, not flat grind. I have an original BK-2. THE Temu one is pretty good imo just wouldn't trust the steel. Sharper spine than original. Advertised as 1095.

They don't have a clue about knives.

Bought 2 BK18 knives, one tan, one black off temu from the same seller $18.04 each. Picture showed markings. The tan one came in a yellow/brown box with no markings on knife, no print on box. The black one came in yellow/brown box with ka-bar print and markings on the knife and a nice printed pamphlet. Also bought 3 Buck knives all with markings and printed box. Never know what your going to get. Happy knife hunting.

Keep doing what you do. If things align, it'll happen like a snowball rolling down a hill. Small at first, but the farther it travels the bigger it becomes. Don't become discouraged if it doesn't happen when you think it should. For some channels it takes a few years, for some, it doesn't happen at all (I think because they give up too soon). I've seen channels go from a couple thousand, to a couple hundred thousand in four or five years, because they're consistent and keep going. Because it's what they're passionate about. If youtube is where you're focused, it'll work out. Be encouraged to continue your work!
