I love how you so seemlessly blend in original designs in such a way as to show technological progression while adhering to the original series, both in on-screen style and in the ways they would have made models for the show back then. Not to mention, they are so varied and alien that it's just fun and refreshing to look at. I also love the sound and music design, it reminds me of some of the best days of early web series back in the late 90s and early 2000s. This is outstanding work that just oozes with love and passion. Keep it up!

Yes, I wanted to keep the basic TOS visual aesthetic… For the soundtrack I use a Korg Triton Extreme synth, a mainstay of 90’s TV, movie, and music production. Keith Emerson would play one live… Just a fun project, learning modeling/animation, video editing, music scoring. @@mikes8500 In 1992 it took teams of people months to do this at very high costs. I did this myself in a few weeks, including modeling, animation, story, video editing, sound mixing, and original score. Just meant to be a storyboard, rough depiction of the story… If you don’t mind fronting me $100,000 and a license for Star Trek I could definitely do better. As it is, this is just a fun project for me to learn about modeling, animation, and video production. Trash or treasure… 😃🖖
I've seen this spacegoing entity before - Encounter At Farpoint I think! So this is - at least over 800 years into the future from the 24th Century. So this is where it went after that episode of TNG! Hmm! Intriguing!
@@stephenfarthing3819 In one of the episodes the Adventure runs into a “family” of these big creatures… Really just a big space jellyfish, not purposefully “Encounter at Far Point” , but could be… 😃 And the creature saved the day, along with the other allied races, in the Adventure climax episode as well. Apparently they are not to be messed with… 😛
@@valdarmort Hello! The Harvest is 1000 years in the future relative to the TOS era. The ship is an old design, Starfleet having much more advanced designs. But The Harvest has a basic TOS Scout design because Starfleet knows the only ship to go in there and come back was a Scout Class ship. And they knew that ship made friends and hoped that design would be recognized. And the alien tech The Adventure, the scout sent earlier, had brought back was integrated into The Harvest for two reasons: 1. So the Dark Zone inhabitants would recognize the tech given to their friends, and 2. To show the Dark Zone inhabitants that the Federation figured it out enough to activate and use it. This episode just showing the long term effects of The Adventure’s mission. So no real specs, just a ship with a history… 😃🖖

Nice and crisp.” I commented it was AI and that voice actors are another profession that will be eventually replaced by AI. 😛 I used AI because I wanted a female voice, just easier to use AI than get a voice actress off Fiver or such… Especially considering I do these videos for zero monetary gain… Just a personal project and they are just storyboards really. If only I had professional modelers, animators, video editors, sound track producers, and voice actors… Not to mention a license from the owners of Trek. If I did, the production would be much better, but you would pay if you wanted to see it. As it is, personal project which is free to all… 👍😃🖖
