Bandidos were also involved in a massacre in Australia between 2 biker gangs. Unfortunately innocent people, including children, were also killed and wounded.
No it absolutely would not??? 99% of the bullets used by police in America are 9mm Luger and 5.56x45, which are also the most popular pistol and rifle round in the country, respectively. The type of rounds absolutely would not point to law enforcement, even if it were cops who did it with their service weapons (?)
What about the fathers day massacre, 1984, in Australia, between the Bandidos and the Comanchero clubs? That was pretty big, maybe you could do a documentary on it 😁

9:53 Which knife do YOU think is the best one? There is one that's better that all the others. Bottom row, 5th from the right. 1. Carbon steel- takes and holds a better edge than stainless. 2. Perfect balance point. 3. Long enough to hit internal organs. 4. Extra finger lug so as not to lose the grip when wet. 5. One piece blade and handle, no hinges or springs to break or maintain.
I need four knives: bread, tomato, table, small serrated pointed. I have long bladed and snub nosed cheese knives but they have scant practical merit. The long one came in a gift set with pizza and tomato knives - 'cheese,' 'pizza' and 'tomato' jigged out along the respective blades. Snubby apparently originated in a set with small serrated. (Similar handle.) The pizza knife is faultless in its stated purpose but I rarely eat pizza. Bread knife is a a stout reserve option. Bread knife - again, streets ahead in its own field. I also use it for all chopping. It's one of two knives I use for slicing cheese. Tomato knife: peerless in the arena of tomatoes. More commonly employed as my other cheese slicer. Small serrated: vital role in cleaning and venting potatoes before baking. Testing the in-play firmness of boiling vegetables. Can be used in the event of a cheese & crackers picnic in the living room when it would be impractical to tote a bread knife - but the tomato knife is really the right man for the job. Table knives: dining, spreading emulsified olive oil (or whatever your butter equivalent) on sandwiches, stirring drinks. First impression of the confiscated blades: probably a few decent potato preppers among the stubbies. Dare say you could find something to slice tomatoes and cheese among the others. However ... the protagonists are either blithely unaware of the importance of bread knives and table knives - or they've been particularly astute about concealing them when the confiscadores turned up. We'll likely never know.
Almost half of those bullets came from over exuberant law enforcement . I sincerely believe that in these cases law enforcement is afraid of people and it clouds thier ability to use proper service. So if you got the fight or flight mentality. You are gonna be trigger ready at least.
I spent close to 4 decades in EMS and the one thing I can tell you without qualifications is that in any mass casualty event. Is that the first account of any event will have certain details wrong. This can be in many critical details. It is understandable different witnesses that had for example clearer line of sight to the event might see different reports as to what had happen. The greater the numbers both of those involved and those that merely witnessed the event will have different accounts of the event. This doesn't people are giving necessarily giving false reports but much more often is truly what they saw from maybe laying on the ground where they perceived the event, to someone outside, opposite sides both in the bias sense as well as geographical. The one given is the first reports are almost with exception wrong! As time and investigation go by reports will, at least for the most part, reconcile the various reports. I live and worked outside this area but close enough to know at least some of the first responders. So this was a matter I followed closely. I heard what I believe to have been the first release that Waco PD gave to the press. This report remained as far as I know the official account as hours, days and weeks went by. Perhaps this was the exception that proves the rule, perhaps. Coupled with the arrest of everyone that WPD could lay there hands on and released no one and bail set so high that the effect was no bail. The District Attorney left it looking like WPD had developed evidence that implicated of out of all 192 of those arrested that 155 should be prosecuted. The statement justice delayed is justice denied certainly applies. A friend that was, let's just say, well acquainted with details in the case told me, for example, that one of those 155 indicted was a motorcycle chaplain that belonged to neither club but attended to try to help keep the peace. I'm sure he realized that being there held risks. I doubt he thought that would come from the government towards him as a citizen.
The 171 arrestees weren't just the members of the Banditos and Cossacks who were on scene, it was ALL individuals present who were wearing the colors of ANY motorcycle club. Banditos and Cossacks are "1%" clubs, meaning they proudly declare that they are part of the "1%" of clubs who give organized biking a "bad name" by committing any number of acts, some of which may be illegal. I believe that ALL the other motorcycle clubs present (with the possible exception of the Scimitars) were NOT "1%" clubs, meaning that they did not engage in any illegal acts as a matter of club creed. Of course, individual members might engage in anything from speeding to marijuana use, but these are uniformly not hard-core criminals and they do not commit violent acts. Any area of any size has a presence of active 1% clubs. These clubs WILL commit acts of violence if they perceive that someone is moving in on their "turf". They also require that non-affiliated (and non-1%) clubs must "pay them respect" in order to avoid organized harassment. Yes, this means you can be part of a group of guys who form the "Kingwood Area MC" which is comprised of accountants and engineers, and if your club president doesn't meet with the head of the local Banditos chapter and beg him for permission to ride in your area, YOUR completely law-abiding group will be subject to violence from Bandito members. Typically, they will gang up on a non-1% member at a gas station and demand that he strip off his vest and hand it to them. Failure to comply results in a beat-down. Why on earth Texas law enforcement tolerates this, I have no idea. I suppose they assume that any violent incident between motorcycle clubs is prima facie evidence that all involved are 1%ers, regardless of club affiliation, who starts the fight, what it is about, etc. It's ridiculously easy to identify 1%ers. They all proudly wear a diamond-shaped 1% patch on their vests. Nobody else dares wear such a thing unless they are ignorant or stupid.
I had a regular run from Dallas to Laredo and back during this time and remembering driving by that night. Never saw so many cop lights that night. Had no idea what had happened until I got to Laredo. Everyone on the yard in Laredo were talking about it.
Few things about this incident. First of all, this is why weekend-warriors, the guys that want to dress up and play biker on the weekends, shouldn't just slap random patches on to look cool. Put the wrong patch on in the wrong area and you're going to be in a world of shit, especially any type of territory patch. You can think it's stupid/arbitrary/whatever, but that's how this world works. Not just that, but if you wear a state rocker other clubs may assume that you're a support for the dominant club, which can also make you a target. The other thing is that when you put on that MC patch, you automatically become a target for the cops. Cops don't understand that a lot of clubs are more or less law abiding. The club I rode with was a good example. We were all combat veterans and security contractors, adhered to traditional MC rules (no cops or CO's, American-made bikes, etc). The worst we got up to was some heavy partying, a couple of joints smoked and maybe a fist fight or two, mostly just a bunch of rough guys blowing off steam. We did a lot of veterans outreach, suicide prevention, stuff like that. Cops still treated us like a potential criminal organization, even though they knew we did all sorts of outreach work. They actually labeled us as a support club for the dominant because we wore a state rocker and attended the dominant's events. As for the situation in Waco, it's pretty tragic. A lot of good brothers died in another dumb dispute. I'm a big fan of what Sose the Ghost says on his TH-cam channel...politic less. The threat to us is NOT the guy next door trying to slap on a new patch. The threat to us is a government that wants to strip us of our freedom and our culture...primarily because they cannot control us. I wish more brothers would wake up and realize this. If the clubs all stood united, no one could take our freedom. But people need to let go of the petty BS and remember the core fundamental of the culture, which is respect and that respect is always a two-way street (you gotta give and receive it).
@stellviahohenheim has nothing to do with being tough. Just friendly advice. Too many people violate the cultural norms and then want to cry when it blows up in their face. My point on both comments has zero to do with being tough and everything to do with being smart.
to me, the surest sign that I wouldn't want to be associated with a group is their accepting me to join...... never been a member of any group because I've never wanted to be a member of any group.....
There were no convictions because the evidence didn't support them. The D.A.'s office and the McLennan County sheriff's dept and the Waco police dept were/are corrupt. They knew that if any of those cases went to court, the defense attorneys would force the cops to either expose the corruption, or risk going to prison for perjury. The cops damned sure didn't want to go to prison, and the D.A.'s office did not want the corruption brought to light. Allowing wounded bikers to bleed to death in handcuffs is manslaughter at the very least, and there were scores of witnesses who saw that happen. This fight wasn't over the size of bottom rocker patches, it was over whether or not the Bandidos M/C could intimidate and bully the Cossacks M/C. The Bandidos are very tough men. And so are the Cossacks. Supposedly, the CoC (the Confederation of Clubs) has as one of its objectives to prevent this exact sort of conflict between motorcycle clubs. But that time, it failed. There is a standard saying among bikers, "To get respect, you have to give respect." It's important. Consequences for insulting men like these can be very severe. I would not want to have been a Waco police officer after this debacle.
My cousin is a cop and i asked him about this and he said, " We are the biggest gang in Texas and we can carry everywhere, even inside a kindergarden! All these gangs kneel to us and that's how it works"!!!
If you ask Steven Seagal if he ever heard of this showdown he will inform you calmly that not only was he there but he was a leading member of both clubs and was the policeman and the FBI agent who arrested himself. Oh, and that he exchanged shots with himself dozens of time tragically dying on the scene. Then, as Jesus, he was wrapped in a shroud, placed in a tomb the entrance of which was covered with a large round boulder. Three days later he arose, walked out of the tomb, saw his shadow and there was three more weeks of winter. Yes, you are correct: Steven Seagal is Jesus and Punxsutawney Phil. This is all completely true because he told me so. Who am I to doubt him? He’s Punxsutawney Jesus. And, I just realized, he wrote the Bible: Both books. So actually he is properly to be termed, Punxsutawney Jesus God. Go thou and do likewise.
While I agree that Seagal is a bloated douche bag and deserves to be hammered on, what does he have to do with this story? And by the way, I have an uncle who served in the Army and did 2 tours in Vietnam. He told me that he actually met Seagal while in Nam. According to him, Seagal was attached to two groups of special forces at the same time, the Green Buffets and the Navy' Meal Team Six.
You don't have to file for a right. Once a year has passed, you file for the case to be dismissed based on criminal trial rule 4. That's assuming you never asked for a continuance, which almost always happens for some reason. That's another mistake the idiot D.A. made. If he waited to arrest it would have bought him more time to maybe put a case together. When he ordered the arrest the clock started ticking. I'm well versed on this aspect of criminal law because I've used it myself. I'm one of the few westerners who benefited from 9/11. My arrest was a month prior and the arresting officer was in the national guard. He went over seas and my lawyer and I waited til my trial date and filed. The judge initially rejected it and said "no way . I don't care if the officer is in Timbuktu". He set another date and the officer was called up for a second tour and he finally conceded. I fought the law and I won! Sort of. Still cost a lot.
An ellipsis, or ellipses in the plural form, is a punctuation mark of three dots (. . .) that shows an omission of words, represents a pause, or suggests there’s something left unsaid. Known casually as dot, dot, dot, the ellipsis is a favorite tool of writers because it can symbolize silence in text, but it’s also used more practically to show that a direct quote has been altered

(Similar handle.)
The pizza knife is faultless in its stated purpose but I rarely eat pizza.

Cops should have opened up and ended all the turf war problems. I would never convict a cop for killing a biker. It's like killing a rabid dog.
Very true.
Eye witness reports are often wrong. Circumstantial evidence is really better and leads to the truth.
Just because you get elected to be district attorney means that you are going to be good at your job. The Waco DA proves that point.

But people need to let go of the petty BS and remember the core fundamental of the culture, which is respect and that respect is always a two-way street (you gotta give and receive it).
to cops. society is a criminal organisation.
Wow you must be a pretty tough guy and very cool

@stellviahohenheim has nothing to do with being tough. Just friendly advice. Too many people violate the cultural norms and then want to cry when it blows up in their face. My point on both comments has zero to do with being tough and everything to do with being smart.
for guys who claim to be outlaws, y'all sure do have a lot more rules than the average girls hockey team.

@@louisavondart9178 - Groucho. Harpo was famously taciturn on the subject.
So why do people feel the need to be in a gang/club anyway?
Weakness.
J remember this happened years ago crazy how there were no convictions
Because it didn't go.down like this. The clubs were set up
There were no convictions because the evidence didn't support them.
We need peace in this world!!! 😢😢

Little children would make these people look stupid.
All 171 should have filed for a fast and speedy trial at the same time!!!
