Mi6 Audit. Police Abuse Member of The Publics Rights!

  • Hi guys
I visited Mi6 and after a short time I was approached by the Police.
I was subsequently unlawfully detained and searched under section 43 of the terrorism act. The officer used this to view my footage before telling me he was seizing my device.
The officer would not confirm if he had read the Mets guidance on public photography which clearly states that filming in public is NOT grounds to use stop and search powers.
The officer decided to coerce me into deleting the footage but again he was all brawn and no brains and the footage was perfectly fine as you can see.
There was the same old issue with the non police issue gang badge on display and the other officer failing to follow BWV policy. Considering they are willing to abuse terrorism legislation then its no surprise that they are willing to abuse other policies.
There will be a formal complaint against the officers involved and there will be civil proceedings to follow.
The police clearly are still happy to abuse the terrorism act to criminalise public photography and as long as this continues auditors will be on hand to show this form of corruption for what it is.
    PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT A CRIME
    Thanks for watching
    Take care
    TLA

As a retired police sergeant I can safely say I have never heard such paranoid bullshit in my life. The male constable should be a magician as has clearly mastered the art of talking out of his arse. He must have spent ages practicing his little script.

They do this to tourists you know, who unsuspectingly give over their names and delete the footage and feel humiliated, alarmed and distressed.
The thing is, WE the Audience need to start supporting our Auditors and go out there and have a go at recording for ourselves. Absolutely nobody ever has to see it (personal use) but until we back them up, they all say 'oh you're one of Them!'.
They are doing this for us - please go out in your local areas. These wonderful Auditors have taught us so much, to arm us against such bullying. You can always walk away if they get too aggressive for you and then inform an Auditor of your experience. 🥸 Come on people 🦾

Someone tell that female copper to take her hands out of her vest. You can't defend yourself love if the POI suddenly gpes hands on. Apart from that it looks slovenly..
    Good content once again

It's probably an unconscious defensive posture. She has been groped once too often by her colleagues.

That's fine they don't care, because any money comes from the tax payer and not from the cop. Make the cop pay things may change then

That copper was dancing on the head of a pin trying to justify his abuse of power. I think he quite enjoys feeling powerful. Most likely bullied

He loved wearing the novelty costume too! All those man-toys, taser, radio, camera....and a camera on his cap too! He loved his perceived Power Trip! Pigs! All of them!

There is a lot of 'I don't know' coming from this police officer. The thing of it is they need to know at least something to suspect you of a crime.

@@tonyb1223 but that's being covert. Photographing in public in plain view, isn't covert. Didn't you read the police's own wording on it? I provided a link. They should know their own guidance. Clearly they don't.

This officer is a fool talking about if someone film from a public space into a private area it would be an offence of voyoarisimg so if im stood in my living room naked and someone is walking past on the public pavement outside my house they have legal rights to look in i would have to close my curtains or blinds to create my privacy nobody can trespass anybody's eyes they can look at anyone or anything from a public area and because they can do that they can also film because the camera is classed as the eyes basically if my eyes can see it my camera can aslo record it
