What kind of hairspray did you use in this tutorial? Or what would you recommend? Everything I have tried leaves my hair looking dry or stiff and tangely.
Of course! Technically, it's always easier to do it on shorter hair, as it's not as heavy and the waves don't get weighed down, but it can still be achieved with extensions regardless :)
If you pin as you curl your hair, by the time you pin your last curl, you can start unpinning your curls from the very first curl. That really is enough time. If you can, leave them pinned while you do your makeup or something :)
Thank you! I still love this little tune, I don't know if you've seen the film 'Princess Diaries', but it sounds like something they used at some point in the movie :')
I like to brush it out to add more fullness to the hair (especially since I don't have a lot of it to begin with). Also, brushing it out turn the springy curls into waves :)
Nice video. Although I must say all the unnecessary steps you took to maintain your curled hair actually made it less vollumenis and pin up like. I would definitely avoid the clips before doing your bumper or rolls, and definitely less brushing.

Out of all the videos this by far the best, you made it seem so much easier then most vidoes!

I just discovered your channel today. I hope you continue making videos. You are very talented and have a great selection of hair tutorials.
So easy and simple. I've found others that take forever to do. Love it. I forwarded this to a good friend of mine whom is a tattoo model.

What kind of hairspray did you use in this tutorial? Or what would you recommend? Everything I have tried leaves my hair looking dry or stiff and tangely.
How do you keep the curl and insert the clip? My hair keeps falling off the iron.

Were you wearing a pin up dress in this vid if so where did you get it??
It's not necessarily a pin-up dress, just a floral summer dress I got from Winners in Toronto :)
Pretty!

Lovely video! Do you have the name of the music at all? Best wishes! :)
It sounds like the Vince Guaraldi trio (the guy who made all of the Charlie Brown/Peanuts music, and his jazz trio).
Thank you! I still love this little tune, I don't know if you've seen the film 'Princess Diaries', but it sounds like something they used at some point in the movie :')
Love the music.
Gorgeous :)
I'll go plug in my karmin g3 clipless curling wand...
Do you curl your hair all in the same direction or do you vary the directions?
Do you really feel like after brushing it out and then reclipping it actually gives it more of a wave?
I like to brush it out to add more fullness to the hair (especially since I don't have a lot of it to begin with). Also, brushing it out turn the springy curls into waves :)
Well no I understand brushing it out I meant clipping the wave into it... I'm just trying to understand better
I love it :-)
