"There is more right with you than wrong with you"-Jon Kabbat Zinn

Just revisiting again to talk about my journey of self-healing. Today I am focused on a quote by Jon Kabbot Zinn that I came across while reading a book about death and dying and dealing with terminal cancer. although that quote was directed towards patients that are facing end of life decisions I feel like it's applicable in everyday. When you focus on what's happening right now, exactly in this moment, there is more right and this is grounding for me.
