I totally know what you mean about feeling spread too thin! We just had to hire an assistant for my husband because we're encountering the same problem. We've been needing to do it for a while but we just didn't know how to go about it because we didn't even really know how to articulate what we needed help with. Recently I heard some extremely helpful advice on podcast episode about the business side of TH-cam. This may sound like common sense, but they said to figure out VERY specific tasks you need help completing (like responding to emails or something) and hire someone to do those specific jobs. That way you can invest time in the most important things for your business like creating content. I knew that we needed help, but hearing the practical advice about how to figure out what exactly we needed was kind of like a light bulb moment! Sorry, I know you didn't ask for anyone's advice but I wish I someone had told me this a year ago because it's been so helpful!!

Don't even worry about every social media platform, it's way too much I'm not even sure how you do it lol. But give yourself a break if you need it. Overall it's too much and just know that you can't do it. Spreading yourself too thin isn't healthy.
