I watched that documentary last year and it broke my heart
I would definitely put that dresser in the guest room! You can tell from first glance it’s made from particle board and not solid wood which is not super stable / strong especially for a lot of clothes and everyday use it will not hold up! Invest in a solid wood piece that will last you forever for your bedroom, promise it’s worth a few extra $$!
