As a solo player myself I can tell you that's false. Go on the division 2 Discord and join a raid group. That's what I do. I got the ravenous doing this. There's always people looking for players to play with
That is MMORPG. Why are you surprised? Ofc you need to do raid to get some items. In WoW you have to get 25 people for raids and most of items, and even for basic dungeons at least 5. I mean thats how MMORPGs works. I know its hard, but that is how it is.

Man I still haven't completed the first raid. Now I got to try and find a group for the second. Being not even 300 shd I need to grind more levels till someone doesn't kick me.
You may not need to necessarily find a good team to carry. Just watch youtube videos to learn the raid. Get your build in order and LFG with randoms. I admit, it's gonna take time to get good, but once you do, you can join any team and get many completions 👍🏽
And then you get people getting this gun and then breaking world records for legendary runs. The devs see the vid and dial up the difficulty of legendary runs. Why not just nerf the fracking gun?
I think the video skipped a set of projects. Before you donate the Overlord chest, etc., you have to donate a full set of foundry gear and a full set of future initiative gear

The main problem I have with this game is that they MAKE you do raids and DZ to get certain exotics. Can’t find a raid team, and the DZ is SH#%. I’ve got all other exotics, want the assault rifle, but obviously not going to get it.
you can get some dz exotics in pve i know that the ninja bikes drop in pve but with a lover drop % i killed black tusk and got it so it may be black tusk
I dont recall having undergone the multiple equipment donations. I just undertook one iron horse raid and got all the exotic parts except the Gold ingot.

Ok I'm really confused now. Some videos say first you have to donate a full set including the chest and backpack for the 2 new gear set's, the future initiative and foundry bulwark, but there is no mention of that here so do you or don't you?

I just finish Iron House the other night, but to be honest I couldn't be bothered with all that crap just for this pistol! Knowing MassiveDickheads they probably end up NERFING the weapon for no reason!
Love the channel, but whenever he says raid and dark zone i just zone out. I'm in a vicious circle/catch 22 with my build being not good enough for the raid or the dark zone so i cant get the better gear. so i'm floating around the open world with my paramaniac and chatterbox clearing control points on normal.
Farm gearsets for foundry. You can either make it really tanky with over 2m armour or go for regen, makes harder content super easy. Or make an all gold skill build and farm landmarks in the DZ and supply drops. Some of it drops straight into inventory so you don't even have to worry about getting hijacked.
@@ItsMeBliz Thanks, not really taken much notice of the gear sets in D2 they seem a bit wishy washy compared to D1 where they were worth the grind. really should grind the targeted loot more.
@@thewidowmaker4037 when they have knees in the dz keep grinding till you can get a pair of emperor's guards, Golan backpack and chest with adrenaline rush and intimidate, and foundry mask holster and gloves. If you can stack into armour and armour regen you can get around 118k regen. It's getting nerfed in the next patch but use it whilst it's there it's great.
Other option is system corruption. You can use that with Badger to make a armour on kill build. Mine currently heals for well over 400k bordering on 500k for each kill, and each kill grants bonus damage so if you wanna play aggressive it's a great build.
You just need to have a build in your mind with what you want to achieve for that build and build around it making the bits synergise with the way you want to play it. Make the pieces work for you and the way you play.
Step 1: Beg online for 7 other suckers to join you in content we can't be bothered to create a raid-finder for.... for no reason whatsoever since we did it for legendaries...

The moment either of the raids are mentioned I immediately lose all interest and the only reason for that is the absolute trash system they have for teaming up without any matchmaking for normal difficulty. Smfh.
Having tried the first raid a couple of times the week after it dropped with randos at the heli I can tell you that it's pointless to play with randos. Get in a discord and try it there, atleast there is a bigger chance of finding people who have already done the raid or watched a video on how to do it.

I could leave the clan that I have joined because it is inactive even the leader of the clan doesn't play anymore to join another clan so that I can do the raids on normal difficulty because on discovery dark hours always are on the last boss and the new one doesn't even have discovery so I can't play it I wish they put the raid exclusives on the loot pool for those players who play solo or trying to get it from the raids but no that's not gonna happen
also i think Eclipse Protocol would be good for it as well Ongoing Protocol is probably the best to go with til it gets nerfed gear set/Armour/Armor set wise.

I mean they could have gone as option 1: within "20" meters range or option 2: dealing 200% extra damage to the rest of enemies as long as you get a headshot kill. Guess i'll stick to liberty for the damage and ridgeways pride for the bleed effect :)
Can anyone tell me how many of the Future Int. and Foundry Bulwark items i need to complete the raid quest. Im trying to store it all up first, then find a community to"carry" me through the raid. Trying to get it in the DZ is becoming to much of a hassle, i think id be better off just trying to find a community thatll carry me.

The projects for a console may be different from the PC version. My two projects for completing the raid are as follows: Foundry Bulwurk Acquisition which makes me donate Bulwurk pieces, and the second is Future Initiative Acquisition which makes me donate Future Initiative parts. Which most have to be farmed from the raid. I wish I could randomly donate regular "gold" items with this project. I wonder why they are different. I've got screenshots if you want to see.
This video is slightly missing info. You need to donate the bulwark and future 6 pieces each, that's part one. Then you need to donate the random gold items, that's part two. Then you need to donate the exotic parts, thats part 3. Then you craft the gun. This is the same on all platforms.
