2024 is my first year I have not had to fight insects daily. I planted marigolds Echinacea, sunflowers borage in my garden and have only had to pick about 6 caterpillars off of my borage. I truly believe that all the marigolds have kept my tomatoes from having caterpillars.
petunias with tomatoes and mint cuttings under squash definitely blew my mind! Great informative video-thanks for sharing!
I put marigolds right next to each row of my tomatoes and no tomato horn worms this year. Yea me!!! lol
Her knowledge about insect control. Is so important. Her plants looks so healthy.🥗♥️🥗
Tammy accent really came out today. 😂😂😂. Her garden is incredible.
Your berry trellising system is similar to how I grew my indeterminate tomatoes this year, but I used 24 gauge wire at the top instead of rope so I won't have to replace it yearly and put tomato hooks on the wire for my tomatoes to be clipped too.
Y'all were talking about the tomatoes and lettuce, and I was like 'ok but does no one see the CABBAGE?' 🤯
I haven't grown cabbage yet, so maybe it's just impressive looking regardless, but wow! Amazing garden. I felt like I could learn a lot from her. Thanks for sharing!
What a beautiful garden. My dream!
Love the tip about mint clippings. I do have mint just not in my garden. Will definitely try that this week because I spotted two squash bugs and got rid of them last night. Also I didn’t know the why of planting petunias and tomatoes together. I always learn so much from your videos.
An amazing garden! Thanks for the video.
Very inspirational ❤
I'd love to hear/see more about her wicking raised beds.

That was great! Is there another video discussing the tube/wicking system?
We made one on Jill’s page. We demonstrated how to make them.

Great tour!
Wow, petunias, mint, herbs..mind blowing. I need to companion plant more. It makes the garden colorful and so fun. Great job. Thanks for sharing
Love her planting petunias and lettuce with her tomato’s! Love the wicking beds also!❤❤❤
This was an amazing video and so informative! I agree with everyone else, the mint and petunia tips were so helpful :)
Hey from the Ark-La-Tex! I loved Tammy’s raised beds! QUESTION for TAMMY:
1: What are you using to fill your beds please. That looks like a LOT of soil.
2. How do you install the Reservoir watering Tube
3. Do you line the inside of your raised beds with weed cloth?
Thank you so much for letting us into your garden!
We made a video on how to build the wicking beds. I believe she has added the link.
I need to learn more about that wicking watering system!
We made a video with Jill demonstrating how they work and how to make them. Self watering beds.

I enjoyed the tour Jill.I love your t-shirt, will you have some for sale?
Not at the moment but it's definitely something we're considering! I love gardening t-shirts! :)
I’m trying that mint tip. I bet lots of herbs in the family (of which there are a ton!) may act the same.
Nice
Thank you both for sharing with all of us! I am curious about fertilizer. Do you get what is needed from the compost or do you have to add fertilizers often?
Please describe the watering system used in your friend’s raised beds. I have never seen this before.
For those asking about the raised beds, I found the video from 2 years ago that Jill did at Tammy's nursery where they build a new bed. th-cam.com/video/dlxsapM_1ec/w-d-xo.html
Researching right now how late can i plant petunia seeds😂
