Yeah agree, Christian did good chorus, for example in the live version of Archetype in the 2005 Gigantour. Tony Campos is good in backing vocals too, he does killer gutturals
@@Professor_SmoakI disagree. Literally only after seeing Fear Factory a few hours ago in Belfast and Milo Silvestro was absolutely spot on. Burton C Bell was a massive influence on me as a metal vocalist and I know how difficult his vocal melodies are, I've covered them enough times to know. However, Milo absolutely nailed it. He is definitely the real deal live smashing Burtons vocals with ease. He has yet to prove what he's like in a song writing capacity with FF and on an album, but live so far, they have nothing to worry about with Milo on vocal duties. So, I disagree with your statement.
These where the very best FF years 94-99 perfect sadly with the age and years with his very unique vocal style it shredded his chords, but even so he has simply created another unique sound they ain't totally shot just different, we will never get this FF ever again
Here's a rough translation from the beginning. "FEAR FACTORY emerged due to a cover from Gary Numan's Song 'Cars'" "Vocalist Burton C. Bell is recruited after the band had heard him singing "New Years Day" from U2 while taking shower" "Since 2009 a court procedure has been ongoing about the right to use the band's name" "Despite that court procedure Fear Factory remain active and are recorded during 'With Full Force' Festival 2015 and others" Thanks for sharing this recording! Eventhough Resurrection has never been my favorite song.
Burton Bell is one of my vocal inspirations, he is hit and miss sometimes when performing, which is of course down to 30 years of singing industrial metal. But when he is on form like he is here, he is one of the best in the business.
His cleans were never that good live most of the times. Seen them a lot. Even in the SoaNM era his cleans were not that great, live at least. But the studio album are goddamn gold! But here his voice is miraculously accurate to the studio.
Burton will forever be my favourite voice of industrial metal! He sounded amazing back in the days. The new vocalist surprised me in a positive way though! :) Take care 🤘🏼
What they were seeing is a band who's studio work is impeccable and influential but, live they were always absolutely horrendous. Don't blame the crowd for being unresponsive, blame the band that cannot deliver it on stage
Burton sounds incredible as does the rest of FEAR FACTORY! Next year this new era of FEAR FACTORY will be performing OBSOLETE (1998) from start to finish with Milo fronting FF. I can't wait, they're gonna destroy it!!!
Hi, I somehow came across your TH-cam channel and saw your site. There I found one song that I always wanted to see but could never find anywhere :( I tought that I could ask you - would you be kind enough to share it here on You Tube? I will be forever grateful (btw It's Within Temptation on Hasselt, Belgium Pukkelpop 2008 :)
They deserved a better audience than this forest of anesthetized derps. With their feet splatted wide and arms hanging loose. Faces looking like they're waiting for the next band to start. UGH.
@@MrBlick76 I really wish I had gotten to see them live when his voice was still good and strong like it was here. Been a fan since I was 10 and heard them on the MK soundtrack.
Well, even though I will be headbanging (not that crazy), there's people that normally prefer to think before acting and retract themselves a bit. This is very important, otherwise you'll be seen as a monkey searching for his louses.
@Henry Walton Yeah, well to be fair, that's live music. Time changes happen, usually with younger bands bc they get excited & drummer is right into it, lost in the moment. The rest of the band end up keeping up bc it's tricky slowing down a rock drummer in full flight. Then there's sound mixes affected by weather if outdoors, temperature, wind etc Number of ppl to absorb sound if indoors plus architectural differences gig to gig. I love live recordings though bc they capture the energy of a band responding to a crowd of ppl rocking out! Fear Factory are so established& professional that they know what they're doing on-stage. I guess I'm just not getting it. A few more listens & maybe I will. 🎶 🎸 🎤 🔊
03:02 Dino trying to sing but only ruining the moment, then comes Christian to save the chorus
Yeah agree, Christian did good chorus, for example in the live version of Archetype in the 2005 Gigantour. Tony Campos is good in backing vocals too, he does killer gutturals
@@johannan0032 absolutely
Dino is a d-bag unfortunately.
Caught that too haha
Wow his voice here is almost like the studio !
He was phenomenal here
@@MrBlick76 Amen
Greetings from 2023 where his replacement isn't doing the thing. To be fair, Burton wasn't doing the thing either, so it's all meh.

Bizaare crowd.
I have tears in my eyes because this performance is that gorgeous. I feel you Burton. Deep on so many levels
I do 2 🥺
Burt was unbelievable in the late 90's. Pipes of iron dude.
Absolutely agree. Burton was the first vocalist to make me cry and realize so much emotion can be felt through just sound. He is legendary.
Holy shit that quality is amazing, seeing the whole set that way would be awesome. Thanks for the upload, man!
This is probably the best shape Burton's ever been in.

the public was not prepared for such a level, and wondered what is this? Whoa it's fear factory, they still digest it in their brains
and performing for me one of the most epic songs
Wowww we needed so bad some HD Fear Factory footage!!🤘🏻🤘🏻thanks for uploading man, this is amazing!!
This is just so perfect in every way.
1:32 pit of one!!! The one who gets it!
I would have joined him!
Long Live Fear Factory

@@Casketkrusher_ exactly. Recorded he is untouchable but live he's rarely as good. This is one of those rare examples where he is on form live.
This is one amazing performance by him. This album had so many feels. Still tovrhis day i get choked up listening to this song
Darryn McCartney I feel the same way
Burton will forever be my favourite voice of industrial metal! He sounded amazing back in the days.
The new vocalist surprised me in a positive way though! :)
Take care 🤘🏼
This crowd is a shame
Laying down on FF so disrespectful. Fear Factory are metal gods
Dude, i think that FF Has a lot more fans then people think!!!
Had to subscribe after seeing how many FEAR FACTORY videos are on this channel.
Damn good quality. Thanks for the upload!
I love this!!! THANK YOU I NEEDED THIS!! I seen them ohhhh too many years ago in Philly!! They were REALLY REALLY GREAT!!
Speracular performance from Burton C. Bell
That final verse almost has me in tears every time even after all these years
Си Белл.... Как же ты круто пел! 😊
beautiful moment in time here. thank you fear factory.
Absolute perfection
Cheers man, always bringing the good stuff.
I wonder how much cool footage like this one these kinda channels have stored and has never been released.
God's of industrial!
Such a FUCKING audience.....FF Forever!!!! specially that lineup
Whata lackluster crowd, if they only realized wha they were seeing... orig line up complete with Fulber🤘
What they were seeing is a band who's studio work is impeccable and influential but, live they were always absolutely horrendous. Don't blame the crowd for being unresponsive, blame the band that cannot deliver it on stage
Burton sounds great here! 🤟
The crowd is just standing there. What the hell?
Exatamente que povo frio da porra, deve gostar de funk kkkk
Thanks for this video and the quality 🤘🔥👍👌

Amazing
This guy saw the future. Weird.
All time great album
This is about the first time I saw them. Central Maine Civic Center.
1998 60 fps fucking unreal quality!
A great performance by FF contrasted by a very lethargic crowd lmao. I’m gonna assume this was not the first day of the festival
Singing this song to the nowadays youth is like feeding oranges to the pigs.
Great tune...fucking brill
Prime Burton
Beautiful fuck yeah FF forever
Thanks
Milagre ! O Burton cantou bem .
Amo a banda, mas o Burton ao vivo... complicado

ох вспомнил тут твой канал, какая же ностальгия то!
Please remaster the full set
Ask WDR to broadcast the full FF set, I have nothing to do with the remaster.
God I miss this line up, what a shame and waste...
man, nowadays music mainstream is SHIT. I miss so much the 2000's
Si estos tipos no se hubiesen peleado entre todos hoy serían muy grosos.
Lively bunch
Did the crowd drop zannys before this?
Great singer 25 years ago.
Público fraco, ânimo de 10 cavalos mortos
back wen people int he audience didnt record with their smart phones
Man, is that a lame bunch, I can't stand around quietly 🤔🤘I'm a fan of this great song 👍🤘❤️

They just didn't know who Dino was.
Fear factory gets a Dave Matthews audience 😅
Milo is really good, but Burton is the fucking king 👑 FF forever
Where is shock 😔
Are the crowd deaf ?
tough crowd ay?
Burton killed his voice over the years
Such a shame cuz he wrote some ,amazing, stuff. This record especially was a work of art

great quality, great performance, horrible crowd
The crowd are dead... Shame on them😢
Que le pasa a ese publico??? Burton desgarrandose la voz con la mejor canción de la banda y la gente sin interés!!
Excellent song!! Dead crowd.
Whos on the keyboards here?
John Bechdel
That crowd is way too still for FF!
1998-1999 was the best Burton ever was, it was a downfall from there.
He was insanely good in 2004, look it up if you don't believe me
Абсолютно дохлая публика
Shame on crowd
Burton C bell is the only voice of fear factory the new singer is a bad duplicate from Burton
And this line up was the best what you see here 👍🤘
This crowd sucks. There should’ve been a circle pit.
Weird song. It’s like each band member is playing a different song at different speeds. Regardless, I like it! 🤘🏽🤨🤩👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The mix is extremely weird on the recording to be fair, everything sounds way more in sync on the studio version, guitar are too quiet here
