- We are back! We have had a really nice Christmas break visiting family and friends and enjoying some much needed down time after a very exciting 2022 full of many adventures.
We are itching to get back out exploring though and over the last few years we have made a tradition of flying somewhere warmer in January for some winter sun.
This year we decided to fly to Morocco. We first visited Morocco back in 2011 and we were excited to visit Marrakech where we have been before and also places we haven't been either.
We start our journey off by flying to Agadir to visit the surf town of Taghazout, spend some time surfing and soaking up the sun.

ABOUT FINDING OUR ADVENTURE
We are Jonny & Hannah and we love to travel! After traveling through South East Asia and starting Finding Our Adventure we wanted to explore more of our own country and Europe. That led to a 2 year van obsession, we watched every video on TH-cam we could find and spent countless hours designing our own tiny home on wheels. Finally we were able to purchase our Ford Transit and spent 7 months converting it into our very own little campervan.

I think we would slowly drive over a few months down through Europe and then we would have 3 months in Morocco! It would be an epic road trip 🙌

Yeah definietly an underrated spot. Delicious food and amazing hospitality. Morocco has a lot to offer. FYI There is another mountain peak called *Mgoun* (4071m) wonderful experience and hard to climb. I also recommand *Essaouira* it's a hippi town too😁. Peace & Love✌🏻

We also visited Essaouira last time and had the best sea food bbq! Didn’t realise it was a hippy town too though as it was a lot busier. Definitely noticed the hippy side of Taghazout though!

I climbed Mgoun in October 2019, There are 2 refuges all the way to the summit. Nice experience i recommend it hardly. Yeah for Essaouira it was well known a hippie town but now it becomes more touristy .Some parts of Games of thrones were filmed there.

Was there any problems with the water/sewage in the sea?, we are going in two weeks a have come across lots of horror storys online :/ Looks lovely in this!
No nothing, I think they have recently installed new sewage pipes which has solved the issues. Also you might see from the video that the streets were ripped up as they were working on the drainage system which I think is also meant to improve on any previous issues. Hope you have an epic trip! 🙌

We visited in January last year and yes it was warm 😊

I imagine most places will feel cold for you then 😜 it’s usually in the low 20c in January.
I can never understand why couples order the same entrees for dinner, my wife and I always order different things so we can try other options 😭
