"The artist on the artist - the definition of Po-Mo art - discovers a consistent ambassador in Miloš Sofrenović. His triptych of solo pieces, starting in 2009 with Solo for Three Visions , continuing with M. - Solo for Three Minds in 2011, and culminating in the project The Anatomy of Will in 2014 takes us through a mosaic of portraits of Peter Handke, Samuel Beckett, Virginia Woolf, then Marcel Proust, and finally, the conductor Wilhelm Furtwängler. Like reflections on troubled water, the portraits of these artists are mirrored in the persona and work of another artist, Miloš Sofrenovićc, choreographer and performer. It is beyond doubt, that they have something in common and that they all speak of the unstoppable wheel of history and the circular saw of so-called progress. They share a desire for experiment. All of them - in one way or another - adopt a stance towards chauvinism, the avant-garde and the other bequests of a degraded bourgeois society that can provide no alternative."
