Oh I forgot to say, but I was thinking if you had celery leaves still on the stalks, that would make a great substitution for when you needed a touch of color but didn't have green onions or parsley.
I use cornstarch and it makes them crispy. I was told this was the secret to the crispy Korean wings. I really enjoyed this video. The ricotta meatballs kinda look like lasagna and spaghetti combined. You get the taste without the hard work. Love it!
I would make these chicken wings in my Cosori Air Fryer, I do it all the time and they are crispy and take no time at all....going to use your sauce recipe, it looks so so good!!! I am impressed with all the recipes today....love the meatball/crockpot one. What can I substitute the ricotta with or can I leave it out...I have the meat thawed for tomorrow over noodles? Thanks for sharing!
