I am chef my self and i have done a lot fine dining i have to say that Raymond blanc in reality is underated chef he deserve 3 michelin stars back in his prime when he was cooking, he was genius , talented ,smart ahead of his time miles away and it is true that he was the first chef in the world using moleculare cuisine techniques. What a legend .
