I have been selected and my employer as sponsered my visa 400 and my visa is approved from immigration as the same was confirmed from my consultant and I did check and it says my visa is approved but still I have not received my offer letter from my employer, In your case first job offer came or visa came first and if u got visa first then how long it took to get your job offer letter post visa approved, Could you please confirm on this !!

Hello, relocation allowance - depends on the company and role. It’s upto their discretion.
Medical insurance- you have to take your own from bupa or other sites. Only for PR and citizens, Australia has free medical

The company was offering me temporary hotel accommodation for 2 weeks. But I told them that I needed a relocation allowance instead on that, so they offered me 3500AUD for everything.
The company didn’t help me to find a permanent accommodation, I did that on my own via sites like domain and Realestate.

I would love to, but in all honesty, I don’t think you need to do anything special with your resume to attract “Australian” recruiters. If your profile and your skill set are good enough, you will attract them.

I have one question , I already applied for visa sub class 491 and 190 , still not received any invitation,
in that case if I apply for 482 sub class visa , then should I have to withdraw my previously applied eoi for 190 and 491 ?
Hi Sir, 190 and 491 are PR pathways. While 482 is a work visa which you cannot apply on your own. Company has to provide you a job here first.

I am trying to search for jobs in Australia since a year. Sadly, I am not getting any opportunity as I am not holding any working rights. And I work in an IT industry as a DevOps Engineer. There are tons of opportunities for a DevOps Engineer role in Australia. But no employer is willing to sponsor 482 work visa.
