So whenever the other survivors tries to stun me in wheel form it feels me with joy. It’s like they forgot how The Will Brothers works.
i main them on season 20. B badged. now A. you should try to imitate how these players drive. a window doesn't mean a survivor isn't chaseable. although sometimes you should just change target if you're afraid you'll waste a lot of time on the chase. though, as always, practice makes perfect.
also feel free to first chase rescuer. it's a bit risky, but some rescuer can't kite. you could also just waste 1 or 2 of their item and also getting them out of decoding spot while you chase them until you find another target. you don't have to down the rescuer. an item used is good, a damaged rescuer is great! but downing a rescuer in exchange for 3 cipher to the survivor, that's not good.
