That kbd part was a tough question.... they did open the show talking about choosing rep wheels over original but then don't want companies to copy products...
that's a really hard one. Given reps allow smaller budgets to participate but at the same time "screw" the original designers.
You could make the case for patents, but then you would drive the costs up even higher for original products and kick out the smaller budgets which would suck
To me KBD is great for grassroots guys. Plus with how rough we are on cars it’s nice to not worry about the kit exploding. Just brace the bumpers and your good. Lol
@circleofdrift i wasn't saying anything about kbd in specific it was more a general thing sinc they mentioned other brands and other products as well.
Only bad thing i can say about KBD is that they don't make stuff for my car 😢😢 (c6)
