Hadn't found a good UW deck since rotation, I am loving this. I did drop two whales, a weaving, and a twilight to add in 4 soul partitions, they are great against the other talent decks and steps it up even more against monored. Super happy to play Teferi again
For what it’s worth, I prefer watching your matches that aren’t in mythic. Because I’m not in mythic! Don’t care at all whether you even hit it, I watch for your awesome builds with the understanding that they won’t necessarily have a positive win rate vs the meta ❤
Cool deck. Have you thought about adding deduce? It would increase stats of Teferi's creatures, give you something to do if the opponent stalls, and create a toke for the taldnt
Loved this deck! I didnt' have the WC for 2 of the Twilights so I added a couple of Get Lost to deal with other enchantment-based decks, I also changed the mana base with 4 Seachrome and a couple of Anchorage (they create tokens and are good vs other control decks)
This deck is a lot of fun but after playing about 12 games with it I’ve realized that it deals with aggro very well but falls very short against midrange and other control decks, particularly any deck that runs enchantments or planeswalkers. This deck has not way to deal with either of those once they hit the board.
just add some get lost, a loran, sunder the gateway, that creates a token. I am playing the ladder with one right now and is pretty good against most decks, except aggro, at least in BO3
I commented the combo with Teferi in a caretaker BO3 deck video and was surprised few people have thought about it. Your version for BO1, I will definitely try it
My first deck that took me into mythic I nicknamed “the doggo deck” (this was when Mordekainen was in standard). When this Teferi came out, it gave me similar vibes so I wanted to climb with a deck with it as the game closer, with little success. Imma try this version ASAP and see how well it works. Thanks!
It's generally recommended to run a mix of 5 of the combination of mirrex and fountainport if you're trying to support talent. that way you always have at least one after they get done using all of their field of ruins. Otherwise this deck looks nice and with the new lands coming in next season dual color decks will get better by not having to rely so heavily on pain lands.
I played against this deck with Lizards in Bo1 and stole their Teferi with Jasper. Jasper is a lot of fun, allowing you to beat people with their own cards. This deck looks fun too, wish I had the wildcards to make it.
Black deck did not play sheoldred or sword but to be fair i wouldn't either, a u/w deck with 3 unknown cards in hand and 2 open mana is such an obvious counterspell that it would be insane to play it. That said, after shot the sheriff not countered it would've been safe to assume sword was a good play
Without Temporary Lockdown doesn't this just lose to go-wide aggro decks like Selesnya Rabbits or Rakdos Lizards? Against those decks Sunfall on turn 5 is often too slow.
The dealers always try to make the match competitive even when they fail imo. You’re always great at being humble and I love it!! The reality is he deserved to lose for making even more mistakes. ❤

Play builder's talent, deduce, beza and get lost, so you Don't only rely on tef'. He presented the combo, not a tuned deck.

Drop in Duo is a neat name, that is fun with the Bloomburrow duos where you two most likely came up with the name prior to this set coming out.

Heist decks are fun, i have a rakdos deck that uses flint plus a few other cards( playsets) that steal from opponents library
Wizards loves to mess with the que and the decks you play against based on the cards in your deck is the rumor.
