London attendees said some film crew out there when she was getting out of the cleaning cart during the clock countdown and filming the floor level during the Willow set. I wouldn't be surprised if this will be a behind-the-scenes film for the Eras Tour. It's such an elaborate preparation and tour. Would love to know more about the logistics and manpower behind the planning, staging, vendors, everything.
AND it needs to not be 90 minutes. It needs to be as long as possible, no short cuts. I want to see E V E R Y T H I N G. I would actually like if it was a Mini TV series!
Someone said that they filmed the concert on London again. So something seems to be coming - but maybe just an addition for the TTPD set for a physical release like she did with speak now.
I hope she does a docu-series of atleast 13 episodes with more than an hour episode each..which covers the entire Eras tour, the origin, backstage convos, controversies, fan hype & media craze, Ticketmaster clash, congressional hearings, international tour & swift mania, Taylor gating etc...this would be amazing.. there's so much to cover.
I doubt she'd cover the Ticketmaster thing, but I wouldn't be shocked if she made her own ticketing site for future concerts. That monopoly has returned to hot water since then, and a lot of other would-be concertgoers trying to get into different concerts also have felt robbed and cheated by them - Sabrina's presale disaster, Bad Bunny's Mexico shows selling fake tickets through their site, Zach Bryan's "All My Homies Hate Ticketmaster".
The vibe in London right now seems to be a REAL hunger for an in-depth documentary. Maybe a series covering the Taylor’s version, the eras tour, and TTPD? Would probably do massive numbers for Disney Plus

Have you looked at ALL the live instruments Aaron included in his co-written and produced, especially on Anthology? Dozens of violins, French horns, even a zither on Cassandra. Yes, Aaron will use a synth, but he 100% prefers live instruments. Go to Wikipedia, scroll down to bottom and see list of musicians and what they played on what tracks. You will see it’s Aaron on piano for LOML, acoustic on The Prophecy, etc.

on an artistic level i like to tell myself that she only has one reputation and she has to treat it with care because it can slip away and break easily, as snake gate has shown her so maybe only having one outfit for that part of the tour is symbolic of that. i am also expecting a new outfit should she announce rep tv on tour but i‘m not even really expecting that she will be announcing rep tv on tour so we shall see. at least that is my take, i wouldn‘t be shocked by either outcome.

She has the potential, if she could just allow a skilled (and possibly critically acclaimed) mentor to train her and help her hone that skill, she could have a much better chance at getting closer to that coveted EGOT status she likely craves.
This is why I think she got so close to Gracie Abrams. JJ Abrams is that critically acclaimed mentor she could easily go to for help after everything she did for his daughter’s career.
Yea bc she’s a natural storyteller when it comes to music and I think in her short film, she was able to capture that intimate setting well and decently, and with some guidance and practice, she could genuinely become critically acclaimed
it’s gonna be so daunting seeing her truly dip into the directorial realm.. because one thing about the film industry is that “hosh posh” touch can easily be misconstrued, and as much as i can appreciate her trying to hone in on her creativity visually.. i think taylor as a visual artist is something that can be taken unseriously because she’s sort of a parody of herself. also her lending a lot of cards to blake lively and ryan reynolds is a huge step in an odd direction, since they’re not really great prime examples of visionaries.
She should definitely hold off on her debut into the movie world and I lowkey think she has already delayed it because we've only ever heard one thing about it. And please definitely don't involve Blake and Ryan because idk where this road is gonna go in the future.

I don't fully subscribe to this only because those where prior to tour. Eras tour feels like it was primarily built around the rerecords, but there was just no way she could do ALL of them on tour, plus some uncertainty of timing/covid.
Also: because Taylor always talks about how she loves to decorate I wonder if she should do a line of home decor, candles, bedding etc. I feel that would be also good for any age group where she has a wide range of ages in her fanbase

I know that Wonderstruck was probably discontinued when her contract with Elizabeth Arden, the manufacturer of the fragrance expired. Perfume companies tend to be really crazy intense about keeping their exact formulas secret. Like Krabby Patty secret formula levels of intense. So going to a different manufacturer is pretty much impossible, and renegotiating a new contract with EA would be really hard because they wanted to pivot away from making celebrity fragrances to focus on more “prestigious” ventures. (But come on, we all knew that Wonderstruck and basically the entire Britney Spears line slaps so hard) This is why celebrity perfumes are rarer nowadays than they were in the 00’s-early 10’s, Billie Eilish and Arianna Grande are pretty much the only two keeping this tradition alive. (I’m putting Ourabella in a different category because Bella Hadid actually owns that brand and isn’t working with another manufacturer)

This would be great! If she releases it in 2025. She can take time off while fans have some comfort content. I think she will work on the script/ film in 2025 out of the public eye. Then I think later 2026 new album/film/book.
my hope is that after The Eras Tour ends she still focuses primarily on music. on the new music that is. i want full-on new eras, new albums with focus on making actual hits. new sounds and new collaborators
Thank you for the marriage/children comment, I always think it's so weird and disrespectful when people speculate about these things, even if she's hinted that she likes the idea, she might not feel actually ready yet. They claim they're not pressuring her, but if you have thousands of people constantly making these comments, it sure does feel like pressure. I believe 2025 will be cricket (she will most likely release the new documentary almost at the end of 2025, but apart from that, next year will be more chill), we will still see her a lot in public and going out with Travis though. 2026 will be THE comeback year with TS12, 20 years of career, I would love for her to recieve the VMAs Vanguard Award. It would be iconic recieving that in the 20th year of her career.

SAME. I’m so over easter egg music videos I miss when her videos had actual plots and visuals that weren’t in front of a green screen. Her best videos were Trouble, Wildest Dreams, Blank Space. Something with both a curated aesthetic, looks, a plot with a non literal message. I will say that ATW and Antihero were probably the best of hers. All the other green screen videos were made while or in between touring and I could see that being logistically favorable on crunched schedule.

It’s so strange how normal people are expected to continue their jobs when they have kids but celebrities should just retire? Maybe it’s cause regular people *have to* continue working to support their kids whereas Taylor could retire to a beach house and never work a day again and still leave millions to her kids. But I think that’s projection cause all of us overworked plebeians working dead-end jobs would love to do that whereas she has a dream job that most people do for fun (writing, art, etc.) and makes millions doing it so why would she want to ever stop? As long as the industry will have her, I think she’ll stick around as long as possible.
Taylor’s future in touring is something I’ve thought so much about. There is hardly anything that will ever compare to this. Someone smarter than me will figure it out. But I can’t see her ever playing a show again that doesn’t have demand 10x the tickets available. At this point it’s up to her to decide how far she wants to take any path.
Some thoughts I do have though : 1) Eras could easily be extended. EASILY. So this isn’t about money. 2) There is a master timeline. 3) The Tortured Poets Department eras is nowhere near over. So she needs to stop clowning us with REP TV, because I do agree that she would compete with TTPD if she released it anytime soon.

There's no way she's extending Eras since she literally said that the tour ends in December and I don't think she's going to announce rep tv or debut tv on tour... but I do think that she might play a few shows in Vienna to make it up to the fans next summer but she's definitely not playing Eras Tour setlist, probably something with more rep and debut maybe or like what Zach said about the residency shows.

To be fair, she has had like three fragnaces...they just all eventually stopped being available to buy anymore. Which is tragic because Wonderstruck is one of the best perfumes ever imo.
2025 will be very interesting year for sure. She´s definitely not going to disappear like some Swifties say, she will be more low key than in 2023-2024 but we´ll see her and hear about her pretty often. The era of hiding ended when Turkey exited the scene. I expect her to release Reputation and Debut (Taylor´s Versions) and also release Re-recordings/The Eras Tour documentary. I think she might focus on her directing and i´m kind of interested where this could go. I personally don´t have problem with her music videos, they are mostly fine but a feature film is a completely different caliber and i don´t think she´s ready for it, at least as a solo director. I agree with you that Taylor would benefit if she was willing to collaborate with someone more experienced, she can be a co-director but presence of someone more experienced whose whole world is solely about filmmaking and nothing else could teach her a lot and also would form a good product. About possible beauty/clothing line or something in this sense, she doesn´t seem to be very interested in this but if a good opportunity came around then why not i guess. Whatever waits for us in 2025 i´m seated.
Taylor doesn't stop writing songs even if she is not ready to make an album. As far as getting married and having a baby, this is not the 1950s and Taylor could still make albums or do whatever she wants to do. Celine Dion did her concerts having a husband and two children. Adele has children and still records and has concerts when she wants. Taylor will do what she wants in her time which is when Taylor wants. But she won't disappear as everywhere she goes on her tour breaks, paparazzi still takes photos. That she knows and she is happy that Travis is not bothered by it as over 70,000 people watch his football games, even during practices, the press is allowed in to get interviews at certain times and Travis is used to millions of people watching football games on TV too so he is just a down to earth personable person that so far fits with Taylor's life. When Travis was taping his TV show, "Are you smarter than a celebrity " Taylor went to it backstage to support Travis as it was on her break and he was taping it in CA so both were together then being photographed at restaurants etc. If she wants to go to award shows she will. Travis is in his football season. Both are very busy people.

I dunno- with what happened in Vienna I think TS would want to take some time away from the spotlight and remove herself and her fans from possible harm. She knows how big a name she is and how she doesn’t have to be around in order to still be relevant, so I think she’ll be taking time off to just build her creative projects. … TS will probably spend some time focusing on these feelkng about Travis in her own quiet and private space. She might pop up here and there, with pics of Travis and showing up during Travis’s games to show her support. She might also do some film work, maybe cameos in movies or guest spots in TV shows, or direct another short film. And I don’t think she’ll say no to award shows and make PR fashion statements like she always does but the point is… she’ll be taking some time off to make her next album. I think she’ll be, introducing a soft rock sound of 90s teen love movies that she teased us with “so high school” to give the world her Travis era.

I think that she should have a Disney+ series that goes over the Eras Tour & the re-record project. Starts with a long intro-trailer talking about losing her masters. Then move into the re-record project mixed in with her deciding the songs for the concert-like each album being an episode. Mix in other episodes that focus on some of the behind-the-scenes concert and key moments from different tour dates. Also costumes, Ticketmaster fiasco, friendship bracelets, etc. Then the finale is the reissued Eras Tour movie including TTPD.

Debut TV will be released in 2026, because it’ll be its 20 year anniversary. Just like many other singers did in the 20th year of their albums, such as Let Go by Avril and Stripped by Aguilera.
I could see her doing something on Broadway...there is so much drama in the essence of her soul that could translate well onstage. She's a theater kid at heart, and I think she would have a blast in that environment. We also absolutely need a behind the scenes view of The Eras Tour. Who among us DOESN'T want to see what's underneath that stage? Who isn't curious about how she changes those costumes in just a matter of seconds? And, we absolutely need an album, volumes even, of all the surprise songs from the tour, as well as an album of The Eras Tour in general. It's impossible not to hear her ad-libs and crowd interactions for songs like Delicate, You Need to Calm Down, ect., and the studio versions of those songs don't quite scratch that itch anymore.

I've always dreamed of a Taylor Swift album released as a movie/musical. I've always imagined her albums as movies with characters etc, so for me it just seems like the natural progression of her storytelling
Perhaps I’m biased as a newish mum the same age as Taylor. But I see lots of references to a desire for motherhood in her music. Eg the Lover music video where she hugs her kids. Or in TTPD ‘talking cradles’ and how they nearly ‘had it all.’ Waking up ‘in blood’ (ie on her period) perhaps a reference to not having the pregnancy she might have hoped for. ‘I’m having his baby - no I’m not…’ and ‘I gave you all that youth for free’. Ie without getting the marriage and kids she hoped for. And the bitterness (perhaps envy?) of ‘wine moms’, friends smelling like babies. Etc etc etc.

I don't think she wants a break and I disagree with anyone suggesting such. She can take things slower and give us more TTPD it has so much promise to be great. I remember living through fearless, the RED era and 1989 and she really immersed us in that the ERAS tour is overshadowing it in a way but I would love to see more TTPD content.

I would love a docu series about the re-recording process, going on about the legal aspect of it, the media narrative, and the studio part of it. And I dont know if she's behind the scenes trying to buy her catalog. After the last re-record hit the shelves, the market value of the original won't be the same. So it would be nice to announce the end of the rerecording with her buying back the masters (it would defeat the purpose kinda sorta, but nothing more fairytale-ish than the hero prevailing in the end). But after all this, I would LOVE for her to take a real break, like a true vacation. I don't know if she is capable of that or if she will think "everybody will forget me, I need to come back NOW" but I think we need to miss her a little, you know?

I wouldn't be surprised if this will be a behind-the-scenes film for the Eras Tour. It's such an elaborate preparation and tour. Would love to know more about the logistics and manpower behind the planning, staging, vendors, everything.

Have you looked at ALL the live instruments Aaron included in his co-written and produced, especially on Anthology? Dozens of violins, French horns, even a zither on Cassandra. Yes, Aaron will use a synth, but he 100% prefers live instruments. Go to Wikipedia, scroll down to bottom and see list of musicians and what they played on what tracks. You will see it’s Aaron on piano for LOML, acoustic on The Prophecy, etc.

She has the potential, if she could just allow a skilled (and possibly critically acclaimed) mentor to train her and help her hone that skill, she could have a much better chance at getting closer to that coveted EGOT status she likely craves.
This is why I think she got so close to Gracie Abrams. JJ Abrams is that critically acclaimed mentor she could easily go to for help after everything she did for his daughter’s career.

it’s gonna be so daunting seeing her truly dip into the directorial realm.. because one thing about the film industry is that “hosh posh” touch can easily be misconstrued, and as much as i can appreciate her trying to hone in on her creativity visually.. i think taylor as a visual artist is something that can be taken unseriously because she’s sort of a parody of herself. also her lending a lot of cards to blake lively and ryan reynolds is a huge step in an odd direction, since they’re not really great prime examples of visionaries.

I don't fully subscribe to this only because those where prior to tour. Eras tour feels like it was primarily built around the rerecords, but there was just no way she could do ALL of them on tour, plus some uncertainty of timing/covid.
Also: because Taylor always talks about how she loves to decorate I wonder if she should do a line of home decor, candles, bedding etc. I feel that would be also good for any age group where she has a wide range of ages in her fanbase

I would love it if Taylor came out with a new fragrance and/or rereleased Wonderstruck.
I know that Wonderstruck was probably discontinued when her contract with Elizabeth Arden, the manufacturer of the fragrance expired. Perfume companies tend to be really crazy intense about keeping their exact formulas secret. Like Krabby Patty secret formula levels of intense. So going to a different manufacturer is pretty much impossible, and renegotiating a new contract with EA would be really hard because they wanted to pivot away from making celebrity fragrances to focus on more “prestigious” ventures. (But come on, we all knew that Wonderstruck and basically the entire Britney Spears line slaps so hard) This is why celebrity perfumes are rarer nowadays than they were in the 00’s-early 10’s, Billie Eilish and Arianna Grande are pretty much the only two keeping this tradition alive. (I’m putting Ourabella in a different category because Bella Hadid actually owns that brand and isn’t working with another manufacturer)

SAME. I’m so over easter egg music videos I miss when her videos had actual plots and visuals that weren’t in front of a green screen. Her best videos were Trouble, Wildest Dreams, Blank Space. Something with both a curated aesthetic, looks, a plot with a non literal message.
I will say that ATW and Antihero were probably the best of hers. All the other green screen videos were made while or in between touring and I could see that being logistically favorable on crunched schedule.

It’s so strange how normal people are expected to continue their jobs when they have kids but celebrities should just retire? Maybe it’s cause regular people *have to* continue working to support their kids whereas Taylor could retire to a beach house and never work a day again and still leave millions to her kids. But I think that’s projection cause all of us overworked plebeians working dead-end jobs would love to do that whereas she has a dream job that most people do for fun (writing, art, etc.) and makes millions doing it so why would she want to ever stop? As long as the industry will have her, I think she’ll stick around as long as possible.
Taylor’s future in touring is something I’ve thought so much about. There is hardly anything that will ever compare to this.
Someone smarter than me will figure it out. But I can’t see her ever playing a show again that doesn’t have demand 10x the tickets available. At this point it’s up to her to decide how far she wants to take any path.
Some thoughts I do have though :
1) Eras could easily be extended. EASILY. So this isn’t about money.
2) There is a master timeline.
3) The Tortured Poets Department eras is nowhere near over. So she needs to stop clowning us with REP TV, because I do agree that she would compete with TTPD if she released it anytime soon.

There's no way she's extending Eras since she literally said that the tour ends in December and I don't think she's going to announce rep tv or debut tv on tour... but I do think that she might play a few shows in Vienna to make it up to the fans next summer but she's definitely not playing Eras Tour setlist, probably something with more rep and debut maybe or like what Zach said about the residency shows.

2025 will be very interesting year for sure. She´s definitely not going to disappear like some Swifties say, she will be more low key than in 2023-2024 but we´ll see her and hear about her pretty often. The era of hiding ended when Turkey exited the scene. I expect her to release Reputation and Debut (Taylor´s Versions) and also release Re-recordings/The Eras Tour documentary.
I think she might focus on her directing and i´m kind of interested where this could go. I personally don´t have problem with her music videos, they are mostly fine but a feature film is a completely different caliber and i don´t think she´s ready for it, at least as a solo director. I agree with you that Taylor would benefit if she was willing to collaborate with someone more experienced, she can be a co-director but presence of someone more experienced whose whole world is solely about filmmaking and nothing else could teach her a lot and also would form a good product. About possible beauty/clothing line or something in this sense, she doesn´t seem to be very interested in this but if a good opportunity came around then why not i guess. Taylor doesn't stop writing songs even if she is not ready to make an album. As far as getting married and having a baby, this is not the 1950s and Taylor could still make albums or do whatever she wants to do. Celine Dion did her concerts having a husband and two children. Adele has children and still records and has concerts when she wants. Taylor will do what she wants in her time which is when Taylor wants. But she won't disappear as everywhere she goes on her tour breaks, paparazzi still takes photos. That she knows and she is happy that Travis is not bothered by it as over 70,000 people watch his football games, even during practices, the press is allowed in to get interviews at certain times and Travis is used to millions of people watching football games on TV too so he is just a down to earth personable person that so far fits with Taylor's life. When Travis was taping his TV show, "Are you smarter than a celebrity " Taylor went to it backstage to support Travis as it was on her break and he was taping it in CA so both were together then being photographed at restaurants etc. If she wants to go to award shows she will. Travis is in his football season. Both are very busy people.

Honestly I love that she’s directing her own MV’s now. In my opinion, they’re way better than they used to be, besides lwymmd’s.
I dunno- with what happened in Vienna I think TS would want to take some time away from the spotlight and remove herself and her fans from possible harm. She knows how big a name she is and how she doesn’t have to be around in order to still be relevant, so I think she’ll be taking time off to just build her creative projects.
… TS will probably spend some time focusing on these feelkng about Travis in her own quiet and private space. She might pop up here and there, with pics of Travis and showing up during Travis’s games to show her support. She might also do some film work, maybe cameos in movies or guest spots in TV shows, or direct another short film. And I don’t think she’ll say no to award shows and make PR fashion statements like she always does but the point is… she’ll be taking some time off to make her next album. I think she’ll be, introducing a soft rock sound of 90s teen love movies that she teased us with “so high school” to give the world her Travis era.
I’m going to New Orleans to see the show (for the first time) in October! So excited, I’ve been a swiftie for 10 years and have never gotten a chance to go to one of her concerts!

Zac every time i watch your videos and you say about how people are tired of the old eras or of a certain popular song i just think boy! Some of us have seen her live *once*, or not seen her live at all, if you're hearing *any* song by her live its still amazing!!
I think that she should have a Disney+ series that goes over the Eras Tour & the re-record project. Starts with a long intro-trailer talking about losing her masters. Then move into the re-record project mixed in with her deciding the songs for the concert-like each album being an episode. Mix in other episodes that focus on some of the behind-the-scenes concert and key moments from different tour dates. Also costumes, Ticketmaster fiasco, friendship bracelets, etc. Then the finale is the reissued Eras Tour movie including TTPD.
yeah i think people who obsess over tayvis getting married are just projecting their own vision of a perfect relationship onto taylor. I mean, wondering how would they name their kids, what are they going to look like, or is travis a girl dad or a boy dad (as if it was taylor's duty to have children solely to satisfy some people's delusional scenarios about her life) is not only parasocial but beyond cringe

I would actually really really love a documentary on the engineering of the Eras tour. There is a channel that belongs to the trucking company that managed delivering the infrastructure for some of her US tour shows that is very interesting. The logistics of that alone are literally mind-blowing.
Tortured Pond Sessions! Long Poets Department! YES! I thought that the second half of TTPD, all those B sides, should have been another intimate documentary. Like, how dreamy, a cosy living room session as the setting for all those over confessional, diaristic tracks! I still think about it.
I think she will get married and I think she will have a baby. I don’t think she will stop writing. I think she will come up with a different concert concept. I could see her coordinating her schedule with Kelce’s schedule. I actually see her doing something quiet and intimate, like piano and guitar at Carnegie Hall that is televised rather than traveling around city by city.

I could see her doing something on Broadway...there is so much drama in the essence of her soul that could translate well onstage. She's a theater kid at heart, and I think she would have a blast in that environment. We also absolutely need a behind the scenes view of The Eras Tour. Who among us DOESN'T want to see what's underneath that stage? Who isn't curious about how she changes those costumes in just a matter of seconds? And, we absolutely need an album, volumes even, of all the surprise songs from the tour, as well as an album of The Eras Tour in general. It's impossible not to hear her ad-libs and crowd interactions for songs like Delicate, You Need to Calm Down, ect., and the studio versions of those songs don't quite scratch that itch anymore.
She doesn't have the voice for Broadway or the dance experience.
I would totally set-design-tech-crew geek out over an Eras Tour documentary! I'd also love if it included interviews with the band, backup singers, dancers, stage crew, etc.

I've always dreamed of a Taylor Swift album released as a movie/musical. I've always imagined her albums as movies with characters etc, so for me it just seems like the natural progression of her storytelling
Perhaps I’m biased as a newish mum the same age as Taylor. But I see lots of references to a desire for motherhood in her music.
Eg the Lover music video where she hugs her kids. Or in TTPD ‘talking cradles’ and how they nearly ‘had it all.’
Waking up ‘in blood’ (ie on her period) perhaps a reference to not having the pregnancy she might have hoped for. ‘I’m having his baby - no I’m not…’ and ‘I gave you all that youth for free’. Ie without getting the marriage and kids she hoped for.
And the bitterness (perhaps envy?) of ‘wine moms’, friends smelling like babies. Etc etc etc.

I don't think she wants a break and I disagree with anyone suggesting such. She can take things slower and give us more TTPD it has so much promise to be great. I remember living through fearless, the RED era and 1989 and she really immersed us in that the ERAS tour is overshadowing it in a way but I would love to see more TTPD content.

I would love a docu series about the re-recording process, going on about the legal aspect of it, the media narrative, and the studio part of it.
And I dont know if she's behind the scenes trying to buy her catalog. After the last re-record hit the shelves, the market value of the original won't be the same. So it would be nice to announce the end of the rerecording with her buying back the masters (it would defeat the purpose kinda sorta, but nothing more fairytale-ish than the hero prevailing in the end).
But after all this, I would LOVE for her to take a real break, like a true vacation. I don't know if she is capable of that or if she will think "everybody will forget me, I need to come back NOW" but I think we need to miss her a little, you know?

I'm hoping she gets control of this Capitalist Barbie persona and takes real steps to offset her massive Billionaire footprint. Donations are nice, but she needs to enter a real philanthropy era, starting with establishing a foundation to manage her outreach in a bigger way.
I just hope that she will go back to Vienna. I NEED to see her live and it's been so hard to see Taylor continue on with the eras tour without acknowledging Vienna.
