this drama was so good! The story line flowed so well, we got to see the main leads go from high school to getting married and it didn't feel rushed at all, it really felt natural and we got to witness the characters grow and mature, the actors did a really good job, when they portrayed their high school selves, they really seemed like high school kids and when they portrayed adults they really seemed like adults, this drama was great, their were misunderstandings but they didn't last too long like in other dramas, the main leads were smart and sensible, really liked this drama! Also the songs in this drama are really nice to listen to
True lol It's great to see the two main leads being the backbones for each other, instead of having one lead and the other are behind, following through. However, there are other dramas like this too, just they didn't start off from high school like this drama. One of them is Love O2O :)
I wish more dramas can take after a more realist approach like this one. Don’t get me wrong, I love an occasional drama where one of the leads gets amnesia, but those really outnumber authentic ones like this. 😂😍

这部剧很好，剧情逻辑贴合实际，除了蒋莫名其妙的成了家教外，没有明显的硬伤，台词丰满，爱你之类的话没超过三次却能演的如此甜蜜，比脑残剧好太多，很正能量的一部剧
俩主角善良有主见，情智商双高，而且很有爱。配角人物性格也合常理，没有突兀狗血。
陈亦川被吐槽情商低，但对于只知道学习的年级第一的大学生来说，绝对正常，去大学计算机系看看就知道了。而且像陈易川这种中产家庭长得帅努力能力强的人设，单独拿出来也是人生赢家。
顾晓曼感性，感性的人容易长情爱幻想。和很多没社会经验的女孩一样，过于单纯。
秦越，家世好能力强，现实里相比很多学生会会长，他算正直的了，没必要黑他，同理师姐也是一样，都是很努力又懂社会游戏规则的人，只是主角光环太耀眼，遮住了其他优秀的人。秦越是暖男类型，确实适合找乖乖女，林希对他来说太倔强，肯定不适合他。
庄菲必然是小地方的第一名，只是没见过世面，天真的以为所遇即所得，但从被师姐煽动到认清现实，并没有手足无措，花很长时间调整。做兼职老师也比林希更如鱼得水，也是很努力的人，只是起点低，缺乏很多常识
我也觉得这部剧好 不甜腻 感觉主角团经历的波折 互相扶持看起来真的挺让人感动的 什么小三撕逼啦基本没有 两个人在一起之后只有互相理解 为对方成为更好的自己 我太喜欢啦 ！

@@hanitriniaina at least you discovered it 1 year before me. 😉 I think is to do with the lead actors not so well known in 2020/21. 王安宇 still hasn't completed his nose job at the time, is only thanks to the lighting and camera crews that he ended up looking so good and natural.
I didn't see any drama that is more true, heart touching and inspiring like this one.. I hope I can grow emotionally and mentally to be tolerant and decent like them... forever love

I truly appreciate this series. It was a very respectful portrayal of life. How often does anyone witness the extremely intimate moments of people's lives. The 2 main characters were showing what a decent honorable relationship looks like. His consideration for her was heart warming. Doesn't every woman absolutely love to have that kind of love and care from the man in their life?
I am quite touched how their wedding is being celebrated with what looked like their class in high school, complete with uniform, including those who have been part of their lives (through problems and all, being rivals in love and business, but have turned a new leaf and are now their friends). There is a separate celebration for their parents and adults, as Yan and Zhi Li said. This is beautiful.
My mom and I ate this drama up. Such a healthy relationship, that's what was so refreshing! They're independent, they're supportive of each other's decisions, and they have open communication. There were moments where the truth was withheld in huge ways *but* it still worked out. How can I move on now?!

One of the best couples ever. So refreshing to see a strong female character and a male character who helped each other understands and support each other and BEST OF ALL TRUST each other. The story was beautiful as well especially coz it started from their school life, so it showed their character development. And wow both the male and female lead are really beautiful and has an amazing chemistry. i think i can keep on Watching them. But all good things come to an end..Need more dramas like this.
P.s The main female lead has a really beautiful smile.
Loved their relationship from the beginning to the end. I want to thank the casting director, the writers for not leaving us with an ambiguous ending( like ending it with them meeting eyes in their office building when she returned and leaving us to wonder if they got married and how it turned out) and for not having the ML and SL causing the drama they had, and most importantly to the actors that did a wonderful job making us love them and despise others(Qui, Mr. Xu and Xi 's mama too). Sigh...I almost wish that this was a show in America that would air for 30 seasons and we could see their grandchildren get married because I don't want it to end (I'm sure they would ruin it though with infidelity and problems with their business though). It was refreshing and sweet as it was.
This is definitely one of the best Chinese dramas that I’ve ever watched. Such great plot and acting.

definitely one of the best couples in a drama so far. Usually i find dramas became boring after the main leads get together but their chemistry was so good and the lead characters were so well written and well played by the actors i really loved it.

The fact they held the wedding back at their old high school I’ll miss this drama. I love how realistic this drama felt they were strong together and so were the other couples I’m surprised that the second couple were having a baby. I will totally watch this drama again😭.

The last 5 episodes were such a emotional ride for me. I cried when they were sad, I cried when they were happy. This isn't even a tearjerker yet I cried or was on the verge of tears during the last 5 episodes. I'm way too emotionally invested lol

OMG, Wang An Yu, you are such a good actor. The look on your face says “I miss you terribly much.” My heart goes out to you as if it were real.
I love how in this drama there was no arrogant, rich, cold and famous ml and the fl was also not poor, dumb and ugly. Both were smart, mature and good looking. The fl was rich and her parents were not like after they saw a rich and handsome boy they are ready to give him her daughter, in almost every drama the ml's parents don't agree and fl's parents are poor and always agree easily but this drama is different.
Honestly one of the best cdrama so far and now one of my favorite. The storyline was very different and nice. I really loved it, such a memorable drama ❤️🎀, idk how i will move on from this. 😭❤️ Their chemistry and the whole cast was amazing and their acting was so natural, i didn't even realized that they were acting. The 2nd couple was so adorable and xiao man got pregnant, Qiu yan and xu zhi li also had a happy ending. The friends was really supportive and helped them through all the difficulties, even qin yue, zhang fei, shi ying and xu zhi li turned from evil into their friends not like other dramas the villain's are evil till the last ep. Duan ning and zhang huai wu was so funny in the whole drama, everytime they didn't failed to make me laugh. The wedding scenes in the starting episodes was so different, i haven't seen any other drama like that before, i thought they will show their life after the wedding but i think they were already living together for a long time so that's why they didn't showed that. Anyways i really love this drama and it have my heart. I'm already missing them. 😭❤️ I hope they make season 2 of the three couple's married life and qin yue and shi ying's love story or the main leads another drama together, they are a perfect match. 💖

Qiu Yan and Xu Zhi Li got back together only after he changed; otherwise she is firm to make him see the error of his ways, so he changed careers and became a wedding planner.
The chemistry is amazing between the two leads and so natural. I would love to see a season 2 but at least another drama withe two leads as the main couple. It was a lovely sweet drama that showed how loyal the main lead was to her and was never swayed. It also showed strength of character for both.
I don't know what's more cruel. Asking the second lead to be the best man, to see his long loved girl marrying another man, or not giving him even one second screen time at the wedding xp.

This was really refreshing no unnecessary drama of obsessed childhood sweetheart and misunderstandings that takes 40 episodes to resolve. Mad respect to the script writers for abandoning all the cliches and keeping it real.👍👍👍

Surprised this drama doesn’t have more views and likes. Finally, a drama where someone isn’t filthy rich, lost their memory, nor is looking for a person from their past. It’s a truly innocent drama, with real life obstacles and emotions where the leads had to work hard to prove themselves for parental acceptance and industry acceptance. There was good character development and the actors/actresses did a great job in their roles and had great chemistry with each other. And super glad the writers didn’t go off on crazy tangents to drag this drama on more than necessary. Such a refreshing drama!

I love it when I encounter a masterpiece. 2020 rewarded me so many beautiful C-Dramas: Good-bye My Princess (2019), Skate Into Love, Perfect and Casual, and now Forever Love! I am so thankful for such good story-telling and wonderfully paced directing and very lovable relatable characters. Even the evil characters had intentions and reasons behind their actions, sometimes amplified for dramatics, but that's not a bad thing. I can fully follow why each character did what they did. Wonderful. I am a happy viewer!

Wow this drama was really good. I’ve noticed that Lin Xi’s father also acted in Candle in the Tomb 2016. He really is an amazing actor. And so is the actress that played Lin Xi and the actor that played Jiang Zheng Han. And so are all of them. If you could make a season 2 sometime later, it’d be really cool. Thanks for entertaining us.

But don't really like the fact that the mother didn't accept Zheng Han for his person but said yes when she knows he got house, car and successful business, isn't that a bit materialistic?
Well other than that everything was pretty great! Overall a great piece!
He shared his burden with her & she found her freedom in him, they completed each other. One of the best drama. Gonna watch it again.

His haircut this whole series was an excellent decision. It forced you to focus on his character development and not just on his pretty looks. If they had went with long hair, I don’t think this series would have the same affect it did.

A simple plot yet realistic...There are people i know who has been a couple since their high school days ,to University and until they graduate and marry. What a refreshing characters, Xia Lin Xi and Jiang Zheng Han young couple yet showed how to handle relationship maturely....No misunderstanding or argument..
The friends who supported them from the beginning until the end..
The extra characters u think who will bring problem on them changed drastically and become friends to her.The friend u think she might turn evil coz of her boyfriend stayed loyal to their friendship..Everyone were amazing in their characters...Good job and Thank you for giving us this unique drama and new excellent characters..Will support them in the future.
