I got Aiden being alone ending. It actually feels like the best and true ending to me. Aiden, in the end saved everybody and tried to help as many people as he could. Him wandering off alone, knowing he could turn into a monster at any moment demonstrates his want to keep people safe and distance himself from those he cares about so he can’t hurt them. Very fitting I think. Having anyone with him defeats this purpose and he could end up killing them later on.
Dude, did you not see the bad ending at all? When Aiden goes to rescue lawan in the bad ending he literally turns in front of her, but instead of tearing her apart he picks her up all donkey Kong style and carries her to safety. Which shows that if its someone he deeply cares about, he will have some modicum of control over the infection.
i forgot how strong Hakon really is, he probably took alot of inhibitors that gave him some ridiculous stamina and durability since he managed to survive Aiden while he was in infected mode.
During the Nightrunners training, the GRE and Military would name them junkies since of their use of the powerful inhibitors which in one dose can kill a man that isn't properly trained with them. The Nightrunners would have to train vigorously and become stronger to use such a powerful tool and be able to perform parkour and combat that is better than a PK. Since Hakon was "forcefully retired" from service, he already had the training to endure such a drug and henceforth was one of the nightrunners.
Fun facts about Hakon: The game gives you 3 chances to kill Hakon off. When Lawan attacks him, when we get the choice to fight or not (Never checked this but I assume we kill him) And letting Lawan shoot his brains out. This just shows he's somewhat important to the story, WHICH I was correct. Cause without Hakon 2 of these endings wouldn't be possible.
I didn't expect to get the hakon ending but that's the ending I prefer the most, on top of that it's David Belle, who wouldn't want to go on a hike with the legend
With all the foreshadowing that there is no cure to Aiden losing himself to infection, I expected there to be an ultimate sacrifice ending. Ya know, city still standing, Lawan and Hakon rebuild the nightrunners, Aiden died saving the city both from rockets and himself. @@crystal_void I have my doubts that it will be continuation of the story instead of side-quest in the middle of it. In my opinion, the "true" or "secret" ending should be Hakon leaving with Aiden and the city still stands with one of the 3 factions running it. It would make the most sense to me. At the start, most people decided to make a deal with Hakon on his idea of leaving with Aiden to the ocean. I feel like it would make much more sense for Hakon to leave with Aiden in the ending where the city doesn’t get blown up and the survivors control the city, or at least have an option between Lawan or Hakon to leave with Aiden. Hakon probably isn’t in the best standing with most people in the city by the end of the story, and Lawan is probably still mad at Hakon even if she’s not actively trying to kill him anymore. Lawan has a lot more to leave behind if the city doesn’t get destroyed, since she’s the best candidate to lead nightrunners now that she’s at peace, plus she has Frank there. So if both Lawan and Hakon survive in the “true ending” I feel like the more realistic option would be Hakon leaving with Aiden since both of them have nothing left to lose at that point and Hakon wanted to leave the city from the get-go. I could see the three of them leaving together being cool but idk if Lawan and Hakon would ever be able to co-exist again due to their history, and imo Hakon and Aiden have better chemistry and make a better duo than Lawan and Aiden overall anyways.
And I like that the promise that Aiden can make to Hakon in the beginning can come full circle, and that Aiden eventually does help Hakon survive outside the city, it wraps the journey up nicely.
@@dogeman5137 Tbh I am surprised that WASN'T an ending because as purepup said: it made more sense for Hakon to leave with you if he's alive considering everything in the beginning.

I got the secret ending without even trying to get it I was so surprised that I did 😯😯 when I watched this video love this game so much it was a great and long journey to the very end
kind of disagree. The story was great in my opinion, but you can clearly see that it was rushed at the end. Probably because they needed to meet deadlines.
I wish there was an ending where if you used no inhibitors/immunity boosters, aiden would stay in the city with everyone else and that'd be the true ending
Imagine if that was the nightmare difficulty? That you must go through the entire game with very limited stamina, health strength and immunity for the *best* ending
Wow! Just finished this game and I got the secret ending. that's pretty cool I guess. I was so happy when Hakon and Lawan escaped from the missile explosion.
@@gordonramsay7470 If villedor is left standing and Lawan goes with Aiden, let's assume that Hakon became leader of the survivors. If that's the case, it sucks though, knowing if you made the deal to stick with him in the beginning he decides to stay behind.
I had weird vibes from Hakon and thought he was gonna betray me so I killed him at one point I guess, can't remember when. I got the "bad" ending. Even though I wouldn't consider it "bad". I helped whenever I could.
There is, I got Lawan saving Hakon, city not destroyed, and Aiden leaves alone… never let Hakon die but let Lawan plant the bombs, they meet at the end and Lawan saves hakon, or vice versa, don’t remember too well
Kinda wish waltz gave him something to keep him from 100% turning then it unlocke the volatile skill tree and let's you change when you fell to a certain level of hp would have been really cool tbh
Got the ending with Aiden alone, Hakon dead, Lawan dead, city saved ran by nightrunners, but i will def be replaying this game to get the best ending possible.
Is there any outcome where Mia doesn't just die off camera like an afterthought? You know Mia? The driving motivation for the protagonist's entire arc?
Same with the person above for me. Hakon saves Lawan - City is saved - Leaves alone. That was mine. I guess it's a shame but feels a bit better since Aiden will probably turn soon anyway.
This is why I hate decision making in games. I've made all the "right" choices by heart throughout the game (sparing Hakon, saving Frank, expressing my feelings to Lawan) to get the "secret" ending, but, the very last one, they did not gave you a single hint that if you leave Lawan sacrifice herself there was the slighthest hope of her surviving (not only that, Mia expresses her wish to just die!). Hated it, bombed the city for no reason, left with Hakon (kinda of ok with that). Now I have that horrid same sensation from the endings of The Following (horrid endings, both of them)
Anyone noticed how you can't get up to the wall In the game because you will get killed by Thv. Here there is a city right up against the wall not corroded but thriving with survivors.
Kinda wish there was one When hakon and luwan and aiden decided to go out together Cause aiden will remember the promise with hakon While dor lawan will get close to him Like them 3 recreating a new settlement on close oceans
I got the one with villedor being okay and leaving with lawan. i consider it the perfect ending for me. the paths i chose the good decisions i made. just so good
i'm new & learning stuff still. only worked up to yet to figure out top of water tower for Sophie & water for the Bazaar people. Reading here looking for tips on how to not fall of cage very time i try to reach water tower top. Most people posted here seem unable to get together with lawan. how did you manage that ?
I got the worst ending on my first play through 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I tried being neutral with the survivors and PK and tried doing them together but I guess that never works out trying to play both sides and it showed with the worst ending.
Aiden was turning into the thing crane did and it was the worst thing to be unleashed in harron and then the city was bombed, so aiden left to protect everyone from himself
I think Aiden and Lawan makes the most sense logically. He left because nobody would've been safe with him around and Lawan doesn't care about that and goes with him anyways. I loved Lawan and Hakons characters they were played perfectly
I got the “good hakon” ending tbh I was highly disappointed by the end game devs never give a true good ending settle down everyone bands together to help cure him etc they are all pretty much the same kinda feels like an epic game with weak storytelling endings
I think you misses the story here waltz was trying to cure mia from the virus. And it took so long and testing on little childeren even mia didnt wanted to be cured by all this costs.
I think the ending where Aidan leaves alone with hakon saving lawan and her becoming leader of nightrunners but frank dying is the best ending it’s realistic and if any of them come they have a risk of dying cause Aidan will turn.
I don't get why the bad ending doesn't include the Mai dialogue. Hakon retrieves Mai as you are stopping Lawan from detonating the bombs, so I'm not sure why it doesn't reference Mia, especially due to how in order to get the bad ending, you have to make all of thr selfies decisions doing every little thing to save Mia and Lawan all at the end.
The good ending was good I think I love the music when hakon appears it makes it really fitting and I love how he says to the ocean kiddo idk maybe if it lets us chose what ending we think was canon I would love to see them on a boat together it’s a really good bromance of course they sail somewhere and boom they are at some place and I think dlc comes out for this game so that would be great if that happened
i got lawan n aiden at the end n ill never change that for 2 reason. 1. she really care about aiden n helped him a lot and yes she was rude sometimes but I was like damn I love this girl n I wanna do a big favor to her. i mean come on she is sweat n caring n these days or even in games its so hard to find someone like that. 2. she didn't turn out bad like hakon did. so yeah id help her n get her outta city no matter what.
Me and these randoms that I’m friends with now hot the worst ending.😂 we destroyed the whole city and got the worst ending where you leave alone. I just found out it was the worst ending oh well time to replay the game
Got the ending with Aiden being alone and city saved. It fits the story perfectly with him being Pilgrim and never staying on once place for too long and never getting lasting friendships
I was really hoping that the ending goes like this: Waltz has aiden pinned down, lawan is wounded and needs help. Waltz goes to take the final blow but his hand is suddenly sliced off by a man in a hood and yellow t shirt. Waltz swings at the man but he ducks under and cuts him in through his stomach. The man walks over to you and offers u his hand. “Who are you?” Says aiden. The man takes down his hood. “Crane.” Crane grabs the mines and runs towards the missiles as aiden and lawan escape the complex. You switch character from aiden to crane and run to the missiles. As you plant the mines and begin the detonation, hakon saves you and the final scene is aiden and lawan leaving the city
I think so too but crane rather gets nuked.or turns into the night prowler and Hakon wouldn't help him because he doesn't know crane but yeah that would be a good ending though
@@dogeman5137 there’s no such thing as a night prowler, it’s called a night hunter, and Crane didn’t even become a hunter, he turned into a Sentient Volatile if you listen carefully to the mother’s dialogue
I like this video. No bullshit, just the 4 different endings. I got the here called "secret ending", which is the best one in my opinion, city still standing, Hakon and Lawan and in good relationship with Aiden, with the city being run by the survivors.
Did anyone realize in the game all of the 4 ending, If you look closely Aiden's doesn't have a biomarker to his hand anymore, Its more likely he unattached it and wanted to start his Pilgrim journey without any markers, or inhibitors.
Only saved Lawan because I didn't want Hakon to be pissed since he was the only side character that I liked. Screw the city, ahahaha. Was surprised to see him join me in the ending.
I really do wish that there was like a way where Mia could have survived, but seeing as even Waltz had turned the world upside down to just keep her alive, and not even in a good condition at that, it was probably impossible to do so.

Was frank still alive in your ending . Frank was killed bij jack matt in my story
I wish you could leave with hakon and lawan but sadly not
lawan left with aiden because she has feelings for him.......
@@dogeman5137 Tbh I am surprised that WASN'T an ending because as purepup said: it made more sense for Hakon to leave with you if he's alive considering everything in the beginning.
I got the ending where the city got destroyed and nobody came with me
Same bro, we got the worst ending
me too…
same, but im trying to get ending with lawan now im after the water tower mission
😂😂
That's the good ending, not sure why everyone saids it's bad, you save mia and that was aiden objective, i never liked lawan anyway, i don't like forced romances
I like how aiden smirks in every ending lol
I got Aiden leaving alone. The night runners controlled the city. With Lawan being the leader, and hakon helping her.
I got the same one, but I don't even know what I did wrong. I sided with the peacekeepers first and gave them the water tower or whatever, but then realized I didn't want them taking over fully so I gave frank the antenna. I saved Hakon every single time and I also saved frank. But I still got the ending that I didn't want. Ig I'm still happy to know that lawan is in charge of the nightrunners now.
@@ThatDooDGino That has to be the best ending with everyone close to Aiden living, the Night runners reforming, while the city is still standing👍.
i got the one where i destroyed old velidor and leaving alone i feel like that was the bad ending im sad about it
Me too ahahahahaha
Same. Waltz's dialogue changed my mind at the end and I definitely regretted that.
I saved lawan but why she didn’t leave with me ?!
@@mohammedaldosri1920 same
@@mohammedaldosri1920 It's because you sided with the PKs
I got the secret ending without even trying to get it I was so surprised that I did 😯😯 when I watched this video love this game so much it was a great and long journey to the very end
same
Same but I dont think that's harder to get than the others one
Yep
kind of disagree. The story was great in my opinion, but you can clearly see that it was rushed at the end. Probably because they needed to meet deadlines.
I wish there was an ending where if you used no inhibitors/immunity boosters, aiden would stay in the city with everyone else and that'd be the true ending
Sadly you have to take at least 2, when you count the first one that Hakon gave you
Imagine if that was the nightmare difficulty? That you must go through the entire game with very limited stamina, health strength and immunity for the *best* ending
@@tasuu_ could be à Nice challenge
I got the ending where Aiden was alone with villedor still standing.
Wow! Just finished this game and I got the secret ending. that's pretty cool I guess. I was so happy when Hakon and Lawan escaped from the missile explosion.
i think hakon died saving lawan no?
@@gordonramsay7470 he didn't Mr Ramsay. At least not for my ending. Got out just in time.
@@corbo2765 yeh but why didint he came to in the end
@@gordonramsay7470 If villedor is left standing and Lawan goes with Aiden, let's assume that Hakon became leader of the survivors. If that's the case, it sucks though, knowing if you made the deal to stick with him in the beginning he decides to stay behind.
Ye bro that's what I got. I usually get the worst ending when I play multi endings. I was so happy seeing Lawan and Hakon with Aiden.
I think Hakon is my favorite character tbh, he was scared and screwed up because of it but he came through eventually.
I got the ending with Aiden leaving with Hakon. But got Villedor destroyed and it did upset me 😅
I dont know why i saved hakon, and destroyed the city but in the end i was leaving alone
got the alone with city blown up🥶
Menace......me too 💀
Shit, that's the worst ending 😂😂
@@MightyNoob who decided that?, maybe i didnt like the city
I had weird vibes from Hakon and thought he was gonna betray me so I killed him at one point I guess, can't remember when. I got the "bad" ending. Even though I wouldn't consider it "bad". I helped whenever I could.
Nah that’s the bad one
I thought the same thing about Hakon, but I would still consider the ending I got the worst one
Why did he smile when the city was destroyed?
Only if there was an ending with hankon and lawan
Hakon is a traitor
There is, I got Lawan saving Hakon, city not destroyed, and Aiden leaves alone… never let Hakon die but let Lawan plant the bombs, they meet at the end and Lawan saves hakon, or vice versa, don’t remember too well
Kinda wish waltz gave him something to keep him from 100% turning then it unlocke the volatile skill tree and let's you change when you fell to a certain level of hp would have been really cool tbh
I wish there was an ending where you save Waltz. Like how Aiden walks out but instead of Lawan or Hakon, it’s Waltz.
Kinda makes since Aiden promised him at the end
the best ending for me was with hakon. This is how I finished the game, it was the most meaningful ending for me
Got the ending with Aiden alone, Hakon dead, Lawan dead, city saved ran by nightrunners, but i will def be replaying this game to get the best ending possible.
Is there any outcome where Mia doesn't just die off camera like an afterthought? You know Mia? The driving motivation for the protagonist's entire arc?
I wish there was an ending where villedor stands and Hakon and Lawan all stay with Aiden and rebuild the Nightrunners in Franks honor.
How in the name of god i always get the worst endings in all the games with multiple ending?!?
I got the ending where I saved the city but left alone. I ending up killing Hakon, which I regret after seeing all the different endings
I didn't kill Hakon but I still leaved the city alone idk why
Same with the person above for me.
Hakon saves Lawan - City is saved - Leaves alone. That was mine.
I guess it's a shame but feels a bit better since Aiden will probably turn soon anyway.
@@DKOIsoul i think u need to let Frank die
@@JoaoVitor-dl6ci Nah I did that too. Frank died, chased truck, let peacekeepers in etc etc. Might only be the renegade ending. Not sure.
@@DKOIsoul I got the same as you. I “saved Mia” , Hakon saved lawan, aiden left alone and I saved the city but PK took control
I really aprreciate you made this video.....you really have very much time to do this
My first playthrough I was all about lawan but after soaking in the game I realized that Hakan is best man. I just really like his character.
Now I have that horrid same sensation from the endings of The Following (horrid endings, both of them)
i got aiden being alone ending with lawan head of night runners. honestly most pleased with this ending
Aiden and Hakon feel like a brother duo
I got the only aiden leaving ending. These endings hit defferent
Anyone noticed how you can't get up to the wall In the game because you will get killed by Thv. Here there is a city right up against the wall not corroded but thriving with survivors.
I got the one where he leaves with Hakon and to be fair I loved the music and the brotherly bond
Kinda wish there was one
When hakon and luwan and aiden decided to go out together
Cause aiden will remember the promise with hakon
While dor lawan will get close to him
Like them 3 recreating a new settlement on close oceans
I got the one with villedor being okay and leaving with lawan. i consider it the perfect ending for me. the paths i chose the good decisions i made. just so good
i'm new & learning stuff still. only worked up to yet to figure out top of water tower for Sophie & water for the Bazaar people. Reading here looking for tips on how to not fall of cage very time i try to reach water tower top. Most people posted here seem unable to get together with lawan. how did you manage that ?
All that would not happen if waltz did not throw the key in the chemicals but good job for writing what a nonesense i thought lol
If there an dlc expansion like the following I wish it could travel another map with hakon and lawan
I think Aiden and Lawan makes the most sense logically. He left because nobody would've been safe with him around and Lawan doesn't care about that and goes with him anyways. I loved Lawan and Hakons characters they were played perfectly
I got the Aiden leave alone Velidor stays standing.
My thought is that the city of Villedor should disappear and he should take a stroll with Hakon
I saved Hakon, then saved Lawan, but i still got the one where Aiden left alone ? Can someone explain?
Yeah its because. spoiler u ready
Deez nuts
@CRAZY SAVAGE did you save Frank?
That's what you will get if you don't save Frank
@@MightyNoob ah fair enough, smh game is biased towards survivors
I got the “good hakon” ending tbh I was highly disappointed by the end game devs never give a true good ending settle down everyone bands together to help cure him etc they are all pretty much the same kinda feels like an epic game with weak storytelling endings
I think you misses the story here waltz was trying to cure mia from the virus. And it took so long and testing on little childeren even mia didnt wanted to be cured by all this costs.
Hakon is a traitor you should kill him
From the beginning i chose not to kill anyone if there was a choice and gave the vnc tower to frank, i got the one you called secret 😅
Got got an ending where i walked alone, yet both Hakon and Lawan survived, while survivors got the tower and won.

Damn i got the worst ending aiden leaves alone and city is burning
I got villedor destroyed but I left with hakon
Same, I f’d up trying to recreate the e3 gameplay trailer and I forgot Hakon was there to save Lawan.
Hakon was my dude, I was with him 100%. Never gave up on him, and I'm so glad they let you make that choice.
I think the ending where Aidan leaves alone with hakon saving lawan and her becoming leader of nightrunners but frank dying is the best ending it’s realistic and if any of them come they have a risk of dying cause Aidan will turn.
Hakon is a traitor
I had this ending and got samé feels from it.
I hope the ending with Hakon is the true ending
yes it is
Not confirmed
It says secret ending, when i first completed the game, I got the aiden walking out with lawan…
I got the worst ending LOL. Fitting for my life and choices.
Same 😅
Make all morally right decisions and you end up alone that’s depressing
The good ending was good I think I love the music when hakon appears it makes it really fitting and I love how he says to the ocean kiddo idk maybe if it lets us chose what ending we think was canon I would love to see them on a boat together it’s a really good bromance of course they sail somewhere and boom they are at some place and I think dlc comes out for this game so that would be great if that happened
I got the second one. I wish I got the Hakon with Velidor still standing one though.
Damn i had the Last one🤐💔
Same
Me too :/
Aiden: Destroys a whole ass city and kills alot of people. *Smiles*
Damn, on my first run I got the bad ending because I'm a simp, but Hakon wasn't even there to lighten the mood ....😢😢🤣
😂😂
Same I was like I gotta save the shorty that been there for me she wife material
i got lawan n aiden at the end n ill never change that for 2 reason. 1. she really care about aiden n helped him a lot and yes she was rude sometimes but I was like damn I love this girl n I wanna do a big favor to her. i mean come on she is sweat n caring n these days or even in games its so hard to find someone like that. 2. she didn't turn out bad like hakon did. so yeah id help her n get her outta city no matter what.
Me and these randoms that I’m friends with now hot the worst ending.😂 we destroyed the whole city and got the worst ending where you leave alone. I just found out it was the worst ending oh well time to replay the game
Same and i thought my choices were good 💀
@@FrazerOR they got us good
Bruh im mad I dont even know what ending i got bc it glitched and gave me a black screen insted of some the cutsenes
Got the ending with Aiden being alone and city saved. It fits the story perfectly with him being Pilgrim and never staying on once place for too long and never getting lasting friendships
what have i done wrong i left alone with villedor intact
Aiden smiling after looking at the destroyed smoking city is sinister
I like Spike's voice. It's the same one of Searge, (seargant Redford), from Bad Company 1&2. You can also hear him in Crysis 2.
I got the worst ending I feel empty now
I got the very bad ending. I helped everyone I could but ultimately ended up saving absolutely no one. So it goes....
I like this video. No bullshit, just the 4 different endings.
I got the here called "secret ending", which is the best one in my opinion, city still standing, Hakon and Lawan and in good relationship with Aiden, with the city being run by the survivors.
I saved lawan for nothing just to leave without her
I wish the “secret ending” was lawan and hakon both leaving with aiden
How do i get hakon ending
Did anyone realize in the game all of the 4 ending, If you look closely Aiden's doesn't have a biomarker to his hand anymore, Its more likely he unattached it and wanted to start his Pilgrim journey without any markers, or inhibitors.
How the actual hell i got leaving alone and destroying city argh..... i think it wasnt worth it
thanks for video
Only saved Lawan because I didn't want Hakon to be pissed since he was the only side character that I liked. Screw the city, ahahaha. Was surprised to see him join me in the ending.
Hakon is a traitor you should have killed him
Bruh what ending did i get XDDDD Hakon is dead Lawan hates me and the city lays in ruin
I got an ending where survivors control the city and Aiden walks alone quite satisfied with that.
I got the worst ending cuz im stubborn and dont want to do the obvious choices.
It would be cool to have a ending that aiden leaves with lawan and hakon
I destroyed the city and left alone BUT. I saved Lawan so I’m happy about that. She might not have left with aiden but she’s alive at least.
I like the hakon ending the most two friends off to god knows where.
i had a perfectly balanced city in my playthrough, and had the city saved, lawan secret ending
I really do wish that there was like a way where Mia could have survived, but seeing as even Waltz had turned the world upside down to just keep her alive, and not even in a good condition at that, it was probably impossible to do so.
