My favorite is really torn between watermelon green or black and blue. Alot of people in my area dont tend to throw the black and blue so sometimes that just works better but the watermelon green caught me the most fish in one day at a private pond.
Banger of a video like always !! As far as my favorite color it has to be green pumpkin with the red flakes due to where i usually am fishing it’s has a lot of snot grass and dark water ! With this lure I caught my pb as well !
I've been really loving black and blue jigs (vibrating, swim, and flipping) with a sapphire trailer. I couldn't give the slightest indication of why it works, but it works in so many conditions. Clear water at dawn and dusk or on cloudy days. Dirty water any time of day with any sun level. It just catches fish...also it's kinda pretty to look at
My favorite lure & color is a chartreuse blue glimmer thunder cricket and a blue craw trailer. I got my PB on it, and I think it worked on big Bertha bc the fish around here are used to seeing nothing but straight green pumpkin or black and blue type lures. So I like to throw something just slightly different! 😌 that or a bubble gum strike king elastic worm either weightless or weighted. Definitely has been the sauce for me lately.
Tyler, put 4 bobber stops (bs) on braid be4 you tie on lure. After tying spread them out above the knot to keep line from getting in the hook. Pass it on!
My favorite color to throw is the black and blue chatterbait with the blue craw. I fish the Guadalupe river and the water is green tinted therefore I think because visibility isn’t so great the black and blue gives off a nice silhouette look in the water. I caught my PB last week and started bass fishing because of your videos and currently teaching my kids and friends how to bass fish through you! They ended up catching a few bass with me and love going fishing now. Thank you for all of your help. 🤝 It would be awesome to be able to fish with you one day.
Simple white swim tail jig...most my fishing was done at arkabutla dam(spillway) in mississippi before being closed for to a breach... but could catch anything on it, bass catfish buffalo to carp... believe since the stained water it just stood out
My buddy makes his own lures and puts at least some purple in his jigs and I know you’re about that “jig life”. Memorial Day I took my better half with us and we killed fish on that green pumpkin/purple combo.
My favorite color on my body of water is a green pumpkin with a chartreuse end. I think it really excels because the water in my pond is kinda dirty but with the neon yellow it’s really stands out to the fish. I also have caught a 5 pounder on it and it really shocked me
I like the darker junebug color. The water I fish in is pretty dirty all the time. I've had luck with watermelon as well. And white. But junebug gives _me_ more confidence so it feels like it works better even if it doesn't!
I have most success with a purple color soft plastic worm. I don't exactly know why they like it more than green pumpkin or watermelon variations, but in San Diego the purple worms can't be beat on lakes. I've tried multiple presentations using same worm with most success on wacky or neko rig. I've only been bass fishing for like 9 months but have learned a ton from watching TRF and using Bass Forecast! Thanks for all the great content and positive vibes!
I fish in a small reservoirs on the Guadalupe River chain. The “Guad” has a green tint due to the limestone bedrock. Due to this green tint, I am fond of a red shade produced by Missile Baits called, “red bug candy”.
My favorite color will have to be Green pumpkin . I caught my first ever bass on a wacky rigged drop shot using a green pumpkin ocho. That memory deff. cemented the reasoning behind the color bias 😂 all in all it’s the confidence lure/color combo.
I love throwing Junebug. I fish a lot of stained bodies of water and Junebug seems to get bit the most. Although my biggest bites have come on red lures. My PB was caught on a red lipless crank bait (6.62 lbs.). But as far as numbers are concerned, I catch a lot more on Junebug
Hi Tyler was just wondering, does bassforecast have any plans for launching internationally I know not alot of places have bass but we here in Africa would realy appreciate it. Ps love the vids thanks.😀
Watermelon red is my favorite color, not scientific but I’ve caught quite a few on that color fluke. My largest a 10 pounder was on a watermelon red baby bush hog. Black and blue flake gets honorable mention too!
$125 Lululemon pants around treble hooks? You're a brave soul. Also, great vid. Edit: favorite color is same as your partner - bluegill or green pumpkin with a little orange and blue. Because thats what all the forage is by me and most guys just throw straight green pumpkin. The orange gets em.
I would say black and blue stik-o or senko worm, where I’m from ppl fish for catfish or blue gill, so that’s what I grew up catching on night crawlers . So anywhere I go in Kansas City the bass kill the Texas rigged senko or stick-o worm , doesn’t matter the type of water . YOU the reason I only use plastic bait now. Something about catching a fish on fake food gets me everytime. lol
I can't say I've ever used heavier than 30 lb for bass. 50-60 seems like allot of overkill. I get by with 20lb and never have issues with frogs or heavy drag lures.
I don't teach "getting by". If you threw a frog where it's meant to be thrown, and 20lb doesn't get worn down ever, then you're a beast. My hookset would snap 20 on a frog in thick grass, therefore, I don't teach it
Hey man,I parked my motorcycle at a farm pond I was fishin one day and when I came back to my bike a herd of goats had completely eaten the seat off my 1987 Yamaha...I was extremely mad but what do ya do? Keep your stuff away from live stock I guess lol
What’s the shirt/hoodie? Looks similar to AFTCO Reaper Camo sweatshirt (Charcoal Acid Camo) but the pattern seems different.. like a black version of the Navy Digit Camo. Maybe it’s not even AFTCO.
It’s the Tactical: www.tacklewarehouse.com/Aftco_Tactical_Camo_Performance_Hood/descpage-PRH.html?from=TYRF AFTCO’s website I think also has the one with the buff
@@TylersReelFishingI get that but just the way you said it in the video it makes it seem like you’re “too good” to trespass for fishing. You know not all of us live in Texas with access to the best private lakes and the biggest bass in the country.
Make sure y'all download Bass Forecast and shop for your tackle using the links in my video description! bassforecast.onelink.me/5aRm/tyler
I love "green pumpkin..!!" Because it works on clear, mid and dirty water.. I've won many tournaments with the green pumpkin chatterbait
Can’t fish on my new kayak due to rain and thunderstorms, but TRF videos are a good substitute
Thankful to have you watching!
Love the content, man keep pumping out more fishing, informational stuff to keep me entertained
More to come!
Thanks! I needed some good entertainment this afternoon.
I love the watermelon sort of color because the pond I fish is really merkey and dirty and the biggest I’ve ever caught was a 4 pound bass
My favorite is really torn between watermelon green or black and blue. Alot of people in my area dont tend to throw the black and blue so sometimes that just works better but the watermelon green caught me the most fish in one day at a private pond.
Nice nice
Love uncuts, thanks!
Timely. We all need a little uncut tonight.
Keeping it REEL Tyler! Right on! 😎

Very relaxing day it looked like. Was great to watch on the 4th of July

Great videos enjoy all the knowledge , love from SATX💪🏽
Loved the video just let it play while I clean up my tackle box and room lol

I really like the hybrid hunter for bass. Great show

this was a really well edited video! ( not the part that r uncut)

There are definitely regional Little secrets!
I have always had success up North Eastern with purple worm Corlina rig
Haven you done a video on fishing along steep cliff/bluff walls? Always have trouble catching fish around that structure.

Green pumpkin is my favorite color because it matches the bait fish.
Bluegill for sure!

No, they do not
@@TylersReelFishing Ok thx for replying
Black emerald, not many use it and I have confidence in it caught my pb on it 8.25
Nice!
favorite color is all bluegill colors. in Va. that is there forage.
Green pumkin… geeeeoshhhh.. yes sir ! Yes sir!
One of the best!
Watermelon red is my favorite color, not scientific but I’ve caught quite a few on that color fluke. My largest a 10 pounder was on a watermelon red baby bush hog. Black and blue flake gets honorable mention too!
Mine would be green pumpkin cause my main lake is fairly dark with a lot of snot grass and heavy moss.. so that or dark purple
Great choice
You should make videos using your electronics or sniper scope so ppl know it’s not just for looks it actually works
When I make those videos, people complain lol. Search “TylersReelFishing Livescope” you’ll find a few
I like black and blue because of the water color.

I'm curious if you do any competition fishing. You always kill em and obviously have a ton of knowledge about the sport.
I did in college! Look up my tournament playlists

Why do you reel right handing with baitcaster but left handed with spinning rod?
Cause I’m a silly goose

“This water should not be fished by anyone else but people like to sneak their way in there” right after bro sneaks his way in there and fishes

Native TitanX 10.5
That machine is called a drag line excavator.
Ahhh nice
Whats ur walking bait ?
It’s in the video description 👍🏼
You should create the separate channel for your uncuts.
Why?
Honestly, the length of the rod grips becomes less and less of an issue the more you kayak fish. You learn to work around it.
I could see that
yippee
Yooooooo
