I'm so glad to see you!!!! You are always a great time 😊 thank you so much for making my day!!! Like it or not, your videos leave all the others behind 😁!! You are awesome 😎👍 God bless you. Now, we are due for a hundred pounder.
I’m the surveyor that offered to help. I thought I had replied to the original comment back then but maybe I didn’t. I’m still happy to help anytime. I live in greeneville tn and I still work in Chattanooga 3 days a week so I go through your way frequently. Just let me know and I’ll send you my number or however you want to do it. 👍🏻
Operators school through the union hall. Competitive to get in. You learn 3 or 4 pieces of equipment in a semester. Then, go out on simple jobs for a few months. Next semester, a few more pieces. And so on until you get to whatever level you want. The higher level of your training and experience equates to higher pay. Once in the union, you can go back to the school anytime for refresher training, upgrade training, or just practice.
Yeah the operators union gets all the big jobs, government contracts, and highway work because they are all certified and bonded. As such they must routinely pass background checks and drug tests. Many of those that fail/drop out try to become freelancers. Not all freelancers are bad though. Some may have gotten great training in the military.
Just started watching the video looking forward to it. when you get your new yak have you considered auctioning your pro angler off, maybe sign it….after a wash😂. Know you auctioned off some previous hooks and other memorabilia and gear.
Starting off non stop action can't wait for the rest of the video, by the way just ordered a golley whopper rod can't wait to get it and use it I have bluppers all the time I'm just glad it's not on camera so I can relate
You can't blame the bait on me I offered. I dont know if it would have been effective down your way, but dont blame me. Lol I couldnt help it had to put that in there. I don't know about everyone else, but I have noticed with myself and watching some of the stuff you experience fishing. It's almost like the more crazy stuff that shouldn't happen that does is when I have my best trips with eighter good numbers or good quality fish. Some of my best deer I've had the opertunity to harvest have came the same way just crazy stuff happening and I'm setting there like I'm not going to catch anything or see anything good if I'm hunting. I don't understand it but it always works out. This video is perfect example crazy stuff happening, and your catching good number of fish and quality. Think about that a while and I'm sure you'll see the pattern.
Equipment operators typically learn on the job, they start off watching and doing other stuff and then operate a little at a time til they become more efficient and skilled.
If you're going to hire someone to do a job... Contract the job ! Check their license number and get a contract for completion. Don't hire them by the hour, day, week... Pay them ONE time, TO DO THE JOB. If it's not done right, DON'T PAY THEM and let them take you to court.
Justin there are heavy equipment training schools where you will earn a Heavy Equipment CDL license so any one operating heavy equipment commercially should know what they are doing although the school is only 4 weeks long so if they are brand new it’s probably limited experience!!!!
Hey Justin when you eventually make your way down to the keys, if your on the GA/FL border on 95 in the morning or early afternoon I’d recommend Steffens restaurant, it sounds a lot like Dona’s but they take card.
Hey Justin, as far as the dozer and the excavator, there’s a knack to it you have to be born with that neck. You can learn how to operate either one of the two, but it takes years. Some guys can walk up jump in the cab and they’ve got a job for their life. Other guys not the same. Like Plann video games sometimes you do sometimes you don’t some people do some people don’t😊
Sounds like a light switch....not that hard to change out. just make sure the breaker is off and there is usually 2 or 3 wires on the switch. The wire is color coded and just wire it back up the same way you unwire it. You wired your kayak electronics you can handle the switch. If that don't fix it then call your electrician.
Here in ks we get tornados all the time ive seen one in december even yet you dont need to worry about them to much honestly speaking if you hop in your car and drive for five ir so minutes youll be safe but most towns here are built st the terrain protects you since tornados dont go uphill very often
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and it just don’t hit me the catfish bite so much better at night time none of the videos I ever watched you fishing at night time but I guess when you first touch deep stretch to get dark down there
You might have answered this question before but with you dragging two rods, have you thrown a skip jack rig to maybe catch one or two more baits? Keep up the awesome videos. 😊
Hey Justin, talking about Sylvester Stallone you know he’s got a new show out. Called Tulsa King it’s pretty damn good but you gotta start out from the very beginning. In order to keep up with it. Like the old days.😊
The union locals have apprenticeship schools that high school grads sign up for. You go through a bunch of classes and take a test, they pick the highest testers from each class that go on to work as an apprentice on job sites learning as they go. Some people grow up with families that have equipment that they learn to operate as young kids.
Hey Justin, I don’t know if you saw the news or not but there was a couple of guys that were in their kayaks in California over the weekend they got followed for like an hour by a great white shark over 13 foot long kayak I believe was only 12. I would be scared
What a way to start the video. I can't wait to see the rest of it. Thanks for taking us along. I didn't watch Fridays video until yesterday because we were down in your neck of the woods for a few days, but it sure has made a nice 2 evenings having 2 awesome uncut videos to watch. Thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos for us to watch.
hey justiniwas waching a channel wouldfall fish be a good bait for cat fishif you could get in a creek to get some looks kindalike a skipjack you mite can get redhorse suckers too.
Operators are born, they are not made. Tons of people say they can, and they can't. There are schools, but like anything, all the schooling in the world can't replace talent.
Is there a way to put a couple eye bolts in that cross bar and then run your motor lift ropes through them, then those fish wouldn't flip your ropes overboard, and if you remove your motor when loading then you could clip a carabiner to the eye bolts and then run the ropes through them, i don't know your situation and it may not work for you, but as i seen that happen that was my thought.
and i still think you should get a fish basket tokeep your live bait a live when your fishing and put em in it when you start you can hang it on the side of your kayak
Electrician here. The issue with ur kitchen lighting sounds to be a switch going bad. Especially if there is 2 switches for that light, it's very common for 3 way switches to bleed power thru. I'd recommend turning breaker off and it's easy to replace the switch. Might save u some money. Or honestly I'm in the tri cities. I would travel and fix it for some kayak catfish stickers! Lol
@KayakCatfish got to the point that u said ud have it taken care of. So nevermind. Lol. JW here BTW. Glad you've had a nice experience with us! Hmu if u have any other questions.
union apprentice programs and classes are the ways i know some people learn but my dad is an operator so i learned as a kid how to run everything. also if joe blow on fb has a bulldozer he prolly knows how to run it but his employees are a different story.
I would guess you could check to see if the heavy equipment guy is bonded. I mean, if damage is done, I would hope they are insured. That would tell me something, at least.
Go get you a cheap metal detector from wallmart and go to the area where your property corner/iron is and ull find it, then return the metal detector. You owe me a fishing trip lol
I own a small painting and drywall finishing company. Licensed, insured etc etc. No marketing currently, or really ever. All word of mouth aka referral work. Don't knock small guys just because we don't have social media managers and elaborate websites etc.
I’m not the one to blame. It’s the people on social media claiming to be skilled and honest who turn out to be unreliable and do bad work that make it hard for customers to trust individuals and small businesses.
Where are all the short format videos. I like the extra content but I don’t have the time to skip around on these long videos or watch the whole thing 😢

What happened to the days where you only paid for materials upfront and if you wasn’t happy with the job, you didn’t pay to have it done. Sounds like I need to move to your neck of the woods and start advertising. If I go to a job and do it and you’re not happy. I sure the hell ain’t going to charge you. And if you ask me to do something, I know I can get done, but I’m not a professional. I’m not gonna charge you like I am a professional.
I'm impressed with your ability to speak almost non-stop for four hours. I'm exhausted speaking with someone after five minutes.

You should wrap the trolling motor pulls around the H-bar your graph is mounted to. that shoud keep them from being tossed overboard...

The yard can slope, for rain drainage, if they want it that way but the footer is what has to be level.
