Wolf is also slept on for good defense energy ring. I feel like good weight distribution is important in defense. Bull is the best for defense but I'd put Wolf above Lynx and maybe even above kerbecs. Wolf may be slightly lighter than Kerbecs however it's more smooth and round and good weight distribution is also important for defense types so it doesn't lose balance and stability. Btw Cygnus weighs the same as Aquario and is just better than Aquario in every way. Since it's more circular and smooth while weighing the same.

One fusion wheel you didn't mention and I think deserved to be is Susanow. It has been pretty lately discovered to be an excellent defensive wheel when paired with round rings such as Leone I and low spin tracks like 90 (due to its shape). It seems to be very powerful in limited format and can even take good hits from things like flash.

I dunno if you mean bakushin but im guessing you do, its a pretty good choice for limited but sadly still not the best. it can do pretty well against attack types on limited format for sure

Cygnus is better than Aquario in every way. Bull is the only thing better than Cygnus for Defense and even that's debatable.

I just want to start by saying, I didn't even know that there was still a competitive sean for metal fight like I thought it was all but dead with burst being so puffed-up, and the combo I have made for my what you might call "partner" beyblade is like Beat Gemios, T(ornado)125, W2D(wide wave defense) and it preforms pretty well, clearly not a competitive build but it wins frequently between me and my brother,
I may revamp it some later with some of this info I have now.
I upgraded it to Beat Gemios (full metal face bolt) AD145 CS(Coated Sharp or Spike whatever it's called).
I feel like the Beat wheel could be maybe sort of an honorable mention, or maybe it's just me but I feel that it could be a decent defense type or at the very least pretty balanced because it can switch from being more defensive or if you rotate the ring it can be more aggressive so it's kind of like the best of both worlds
My best defense type bey is bakushin Aries R145D(limited format) or I go with wing pegasus with the 4D system.
Pegasus and Aries energy ring is awful for defense types so is D performance tip.

The thing is that I don't have a lot of or lost pieces, like I don't even have Ball anymore, got lost somehow.

I Hope you look at this comment BeySupply. What spin track do you recomend for Burn Wheel and MS Tip? I was think about AD145 but i really want an external opinion. Thanks.
1. If it's for a tournament, MS is banned in everything and is the only part in which this is the case.
2. SA160 might be good, as its wide weight distribution can help with MS's horrible balance.
3. WD145 might help as well, as might ED145, TR145, any short spin track might help with the bad balance issue.
Like the prior commenter said, MS is banned in all competitive formats due to it damaging stadiums when launched. I'd recommend something like Burn + your roundest clear wheel (Bull, Cancer, etc.) on TR145/SW145/ED145/W145/85 and WD

Flame 230 is more of a stamina type lol, its not rly meant to tank hits bruh. Smt like lightning ch120 rf can easily ko it and theres a ton of counters for it.

Hasbro LDrago Guardian I think is a solid defence wheel for Metal Fight Limited, so format without most 4D wheels, without synchromes, big and heavy spin tracks and without RDF
for that format its solid
also the Hasbro LDrago Destroy or Guardian wheel, I mean the plastic and rubber part is a bit better than the TT one, because the rubber is softer
TT Destroy is used like zero in the 4D or standart format, but banned in limited, because its to heavy
TT Guardian isnt used in Standart, but its pretty good in 4D, its heavier than Destroy and better shaped for defence and it makes a good moving defence type
I saw it with CF or GF on BD145
so yeah, wouldnt recommens buying TT or Hasbro Destroy, but if you only play MFLimited Hasbro Guardian should be good, the combo is pretty similar to the one that I mentioned for TT Guardian, but because BD 145 is banned I think you simply should used the heaviest track thats allowed in limited (if you use GF, then not RD145, because the LAD would be bad, so yeah, maybe like S130 or something like that) or try to play with height and maybe use TH170 (TFlame made a video about it)
but when you play 4D out of the LDrago line TT Guardian is the only option, I know its pretty expensive, I wouldnt buy it, because I dont play 4D, but for 4D its the best and only good option out of these
and if you simply want to beat as many other beys as possible, without thinking about competitive formats, you also would have to go with TT Guardian, because the TT variants are heavier than the Hasbro ones and more weight often wins, and TT Guardian is simply way better than TT Destroy

Isn't twisted banned
You may have found the answer already but if not or for anyone asking the same question: it's banned in metal fight limited. There's another format I think is called Standard that utilizes whatever part you have access too, I believe. I could be wrong. I don't play standard I only play limited in which twisted is banned. But I know it's a defense that gets used against some synchrome beys since it's a "cheap" way to add weight.
