Replacing Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing, Neck, Hoses, Fuel Tank and Fuel Pump on a 97 Chevy K1500 Ext. Cab Stepside Box (recently converted from Standard box) in my driveway without a jack.
-before my fuel pump died the fit was never right for this Stepside box so I had to leave the Housing off and the Fuel Filler neck loose inside the box...but now after the repairs it's almost perfect!

Great video. I`m replacing my fuel tank this weekend. What size nuts & bolts did you get for the front strap to replace the ones you had to grind off?

I believe i took the broken bolt n nut to ace hardware and they sized me up replacements for like $1
