I feel that people don’t know how detailed and how much texture there are when looking at these cards in person. It’s crazy also how high the god rare value is so high. I do agree I wish the boxes had 36 packs vs 24 packs.
Dragon Ball super the TCG has been out for like five years and has done extremely well since it’s release!. On average the secret rares of whether it’s Goku Vegeta Broly at Lowes are 200+ dollars at their lows highs 3 to 500. And as soon as they came out with the God rares in the set of Relm of the gods that Vegeta God rare spiked at $3000 and has settled at $1000 raw at 1700+ in a PSA 10. Don’t get me wrong. There was a few sets where the Chase cards weren’t really big. But still well over $100 raw, depending on the characters. I wasn’t able to make a play, but I watched the realm of the gods Drop the case was $800 and within months cases were $2500 and this day still over $1500. This is one of the craziest things things that people don’t realize. Is not only are the cards amazing in the artwork and the textures on point and crazy!. But lot of the cars are freaking the most iconic scenes from the anime. How freaking dope is that!? Goku and a secret rare is an exact spitting image of the frames from the tournament of power when they team up together in a black label that card was a few thousand dollars when it came out and that was just a secret. On average two secret in a case and God rares are around everyone in six or everyone one 12 cases And when you take into account if a god rare is going to be a UI Goku like the last one was or any Goku like the last few have been or a truly beloved character those cases will be around $2000 upon release in very short order. And I usually prints two demand. But Dragon Ball and one piece have been going on for well over 20 years. Tama just passed RIP very sad but the creator of one piece is alive and well and still coming out with new man!. There is an entire generation of people that have grown up with these characters and these stories and are truly invested in them and have taught their children these characters and stories!. It’s never been easier around the world to obtain any Dragon Ball card or set you want. And then it’s made into a trading game and not just something you can only look at that just sits there on the shelf. The upside for Dragon Ball super and one piece is absolutely astronomical. And especially because had already announced that they’ve put over $100 million into the web3 space and they decide to attach their physical products to their digital NFTs. 🤯
And I will say I did forget to add that yes I know it was a TCG along time ago as well. But I meant in the 21st century the new Dragon Ball that this generation has been interacting with has only been out for around the last five years.
Don’t listen to the hater comments. They are just in here to moan and groan about anything. Keep up the videos and variety. I enjoy the dragon balls content as well as the Pokemon from an investment point of view.

I personally think when it comes to artwork is not even close whether is Dragon ball vs Pokémon or Dragon ball vs OP. With Dragon Ball most cards in my opinion look like just scenes ripped from the show and that is it. Is not really art in the same way Pokémon or even One Piece is doing. Pokémon with the amazing artists that they have makes the art feel so fresh & new and like a new perspective on the Pokémon world with each of the amazing styles. If Pokemon cards looked like they were just art that could be from the show it would look dull in comparison like Dragon Ball looks at the moment. I wonder if it’s something contractual limiting the dragon ball art because One Piece that is by Bandai too the artwork is way different and really beautiful and has even cases where There’s artists that do Pokémon cards that are also doing One Piece Art but I have not seen anything like that from Dragon ball which makes me be not interested at all as a collector. But maybe is just early

Rudy from alpha investments constantly talked about how chilling reign was a good set and he bought 9200 cases and it didnt change anything. Using your logic any video saying something positive about a set should be considered pumping lol

I would normally agree with this statement. BUT there has been a HUGE increasing in popularity within Gen z and currently teenagers with Dragon ball. It would not surprise me if it becomes the new Pokemon TCG. Since the show is more for a mature audience, whereas Pokemon sticks to being family friendly when it comes to everything else outside the TCG, movies, shows, figurines, etc.
