Tomorrow night we’ll have our first evening temperatures in the high 40s. I need to turn on my heaters in the greenhouse. Not ready to bring the tropicals inside yet.
Camera Gremlins we can blame it on, Steve. Coffee mode in the defoliation. Bones of the tree looks good and the pruning will give it some nice growth for you.
Looking good. Step-by-step it looks better with every prune. It’s getting cold over here as well, I’ll have to bring in some of my tropicals soon as well!
I keep my tropicals out until it hits 35F/1.7C. I need mine to go into dormancy since there is just light in the basement that comes in from the windows. Nice to be able to save it with the room you have.
Nice work Steve. Brought all my tropicals in last week. Getting chilly up here in Connecticut. Thanks, keep growing

Its taking great shape Steve, thanks again
We’ll see. I defoliated in June, so let’s see if she is healthy enough to push out again. I think she is.
Great video Steve mate 👊
Thanks for watching Andy
Great video. Thank you for sharing. Enjoyed the super speed time laps 😂. My son and I had a good chuckle
Thanks, Scott and son. Sometimes you just forget to press the record button.

Thanks Dave. Here too. I turned the heat on in my greenhouse for the first time last night.
Lookin good, Steve. Coming along nicely
Thanks Billy
Nice steve! I have a schefflera that i haven't pruned since i got it years ago. It definitely needs one.
Thanks Andrew. If it’s thriving, don’t be afraid to hard prune. If it’s not healthy, threat that first.

I take my tropicals in for the winter, but with the heater in the greenhouse, I can put off bringing them in until Thanksgiving.
Thanks...
Thank you, Nate
