Its a shame that such introspective topics are censored on Pakistan's media platforms. I hope sarmad can finalize a deal with Netflix and then the social media users will take care of marketing via word of mouth. The documentary on Doctor Abdussalam is a present day example of how art is misjudged and misinterpreted

After watching a movie trailer one gets the gist of the whole story. And this trailer didn't disappoint. The feel of the movie is genuine and the issue it raises targets not a specific creed, but our society as a whole. We as a society would let child rapists, drug dealers, misogynists and sadists live quietly among us, but God forbid someone speaks about it, and if someone does he/she gets labelled a non-Muslim and transgressor of faith, on the spot by our local fatwa factories. Islam is not that small, it is our perception of it that lacks a bigger lens. Congratulations to Sarmad and all the other brave Pakistanis and Muslims, who show society a mirror..
