It looks great. I would be sweating bullets trying to paper those arches-- well done! I came looking for tutorials for prepasted wallpaper because I'm doing our bathroom in a few days, and I haven't hung wallpaper in many years, so needed a refresher. One thing to note is that you didn't do anything wrong. It is very rare that a wall or room is completely square/level. That is one of the most important reasons for that two to three inch paper overhang at the ceiling line. As you work around a room, it's very common to see the excess paper at the top get shorter-- it's accomodating the quirks of your room while keeping your pattern/paper properly aligned. So thank you for the refresher. I hope your paper is still hanging beautifully.
Haha, ya wallpapering the arches was a bit nerve racking to be honest. We were quite impressed how well we did for the first time ever applying wallpaper. We were looking for tutorials for wallpapering arches but couldn't find any so we just had to wing it. It makes us feel better that it is normal for the wallpaper to shift during application since walls are usually not square, thanks for the confirmation. How did your wallpaper turn out?

Awww thank you so much for the kind comment. Our whole idea around our youtube is about growing together. Doing things that we have never done before, document them and then share our learnings and findings a long the way! We are by no means experts at this stuff, but I feel like that doesn't really matter because it is about kickstarting the creativity and inspiration for others who can say "if they can do it I can do it". Haha, it is pretty on topic. We are all about aesthetics so we did actually match our outfits to the wallpaper to make it extra cute. We weren't actually aware how well the outfits matched until the wallpaper was done though
