I watched many other tutorials and I've been practicing this sound for months and could never get it, but FINALLY this tutorial helped me get it. Nobody ever said you gotta fatten your tongue to block off the air from the sides. That's what did it. Everyone else said just put your tongue behind your front two teeth. That's not enough. +Gamerry when I feel an attack coming on, I practice some of these techniques. It's more interesting than just deep breathing and keeps my mind off what I'm feeling physically. It sounds funny because, as I said, I'm not good at it, but it takes my mind off the fact that I feel like I can't get enough air.

i discovered that i can do the inward lip roll while trying this. you just gotta put the tongue like the inward tongue roll but put the lower lip so it can vibrate. that´ll create the inward lip roll.
