as someone that has literally has had speech therapy from kindergarten to 8th grade, I've worked my tongue a lot and feel proud saying I was able to get this trick pretty easily.
I already knew how to do the cowboy whistle so that may have given me an extra boost but I got a very subtle tone almost immediately after your explaination so I would say that as long as you know what whistling feels like this tutorial is 100% usefull!

Can you do a liproll, if so then put you too teath over your bottom lip on the same side as your liproll, then put your top lip over it and then suck air in really really hard

When you are trying to do what D-Low says and the whistle just comes out so good and you are so proud of yourself, and then D-Low just crushes your mood with sayin' you'll need at least 24 hours to do that. So or you're a prodigy or (more likely) screw it up so bad! :'D

i found this sound naturally when i was young but it wasVERY weak, the yawn thing really helped bring it out
