About the dreaming one- your brain will process things during your dreams that you don’t process during your every day life. It does not mean you’re doing anything wrong. You’re just processing, and there’s no need to dissect it! Eventually it will go away!
I had random dreams about my unresolved previous relationship for awhile after it ended and I neverrrr thought about him during the day. Eventually it stopped! :)
