@@ronnybohack malamutes are naturally chunky and they do bumble around with their massive frames instead of being graceful like their cousin breeds. Not all dogs are built the same.

why does this have 100 thumbs up. it isn't healthy for dogs to be fat. it isn't healthy for humans to be fat either but that's not really the point here. Overfeeding your dog is animal abuse. Animals do not have the same biology as humans. Large dogs especially will get hip dysplasia and joint problems if overweight, which can quickly turn into mobility problems that only worsen as they age. They have different health needs than humans because they are an entirely different species. I don't know much about malamutes because I live somewhere warm and could never keep them. Ever seen a person with a lab that is actually the correct weight? Labs for example have incredible food drive and a terribly high amount of family pets who are labs are overweight because the owners don't take the responsibility. Dogs do not know what's best for their own nutrition and it falls upon their owners to care for their health. again, they are DOGS. not humans. obesity does not affect them in the same way.
Don’t know what it is with the affection dogs have towards grandmas but it’s heart warming and it doesn’t seem to matter the breed. We have two chihuahuas and we can’t even say the word grandma without them losing their minds. If we’re discussing her coming over or us taking them to visit her we have to spell it and they’re even starting to catch onto that.

IM LOVIN IT!!! What good boys they are!!! My fuzzy babies are mine & my husband's world! I even have doggie daycare for our neighbors pets so they aren't alone during the day while their parents work. I don't do it as a business or accept any $$. Just knowing I can provide a better day for them is enough for me!! Thank you for sharing this! Nothing makes me more happy than knowing others enjoy the same love I have for their fuzzy babies!!💟💟 PS..Also have to mention how spotless your home is with having this breed. I have to imagine the time & energy it takes to ensure there isn't dog hair everywhere.
My dogs absolutely love my pop, he is notorious for giving them cheeky snacks. My youngest doesn’t even know him for that, she just lives off the hype of the others when he comes to visit.

They also sound like my boy.so its comforting hearing them bark.. my neighbor once told me chewy had an intimidating bark when someone has their back to him..lol good day my friends
