@12:15 I'm 11 days out from my first show and this is solid advice about considering the demands of prep AND a full time job. It's a challenge to do both well, and you really need the support from your employer if you're not self-employed too, IMO.

I'd been considering competing and this has answered so many questions that I couldn't find the answers to!
