Yknow what? The only thing seperating this piece of content you just made about these 2 bikes, from a professional youtuber, is your mic and camera. Great info, quick to the point, and you do your research. Thank you, and hopefully you'll keep up the work. 24 subs?! 25 now

I was contemplating between the two and had almost chosen Vulcan over eliminator untill I stumbled upon this video. The leg position and being able to stand on the foot rest in rough road/speed bumps is such an important point for me which no one had ever mentioned before and even I didn't think about it.
Thank you for this review. 🙏

I love both. I tried several Vulcans with different ergo configurations. It's incredible the difference between them. A wrong setup can make you hate or love the motorcycle. I'm going for the Eliminator SE, which is more nervous, has fewer taxes, and theoretically less consumption. I live in the city, and the manoeuvrability of the Eliminator is excellent on tiny roads (I also tried it on the highway, and it responded great. The Vulcan's higher power and stability provide a different experience, but the Eliminator also performs as a bigger bike). The weight-to-horse ratio is lovely, and I love the classic look. It's a cruiser ninja. A sports bike with a cruiser look! It puts a smile on your face, but a better exhaust pipe could make you smile even more ;)

The stock tires on the Eliminator are also closer to a sportbike

I was set on getting the Vulcan, and then I saw this vid. I’ve seen plenty of TH-cam channels with comparison vids of these bikes, but this vid actually made me change my mind about which bike to get. I’m gonna get the Eliminator for the one thing he said about hugging the tank. That’s exactly what my instructor had to tell me for me to feel comfortable. It made a huge difference being a beginner rider. Thank you for the review.

I got the same exact combination. I got my new 2024 Vulcan S earlier this year and I love it. When it came time to get my wife a motorcycle, she wanted the Eliminator and for good reason. It is lighter, more natural sitting position and easier to operate because of the light slipper clutch. I like both but I still love my Vulcan a bit more. We're both new riders and love the fun of riding.

Once the Eliminator has been out a while longer, I'd expect some pretty sweet mods for it will be on the market. One thing I didn't mention in the vid is that the Elimmie can get a slip on exhaust, and KSpeed Japan makes one that sounds sick!

Great review. You made points that, as you said, many aren't bringing up. I do not like my legs forward whatsoever. It turns me off to cruisers all the time. The eliminator however, is what I would want, while still being a cruiser. I really like the Eliminator, but my biggest concern would be comfort and capability when I'm 6'3" and 300lbs. Either way, I appreciate all the information and your perspective on this comparison.

Went to a store to look around was thinking the vulcan cause bigger but didn't have one but sat on the eliminator and I could see myself on that for a while comfortably, they where selling it for about $5,500 for the abs one. Ya I think I'm gonna get the eliminator being a baller on a budget and everything lol and never having been on a bike before in my life. Don't need to much speed or power, just enough for chill road and highway riding, as I'm going to be a very safe rider

In the Vulcan S I put in this bulb from Amazon a.co/d/bOJRzpP and haven’t had any issues. The Eliminator has LEDs from the factory.
Also on the Vulcan while you are replacing the headlight bulb there’s a marker light in the top of the lens, it’s a 194 type bulb that you could also LED swap, I haven’t, but it would make a mildly cleaner look tbh.

Back in November when i was looking at gettung a new bike i debated between the Vulcan S and the Eliminator. Went with the Eliminator because of of kighter weight making it more agile... i do a lotmof urban riding. And bevause of the mid controls....going down the road feet first feels off to me and the mid controls mean i can actually post when i see a bump instesd of taking all on the tail bone.
And honestly, most of us wont even approach the limits of the Eliminator and it's less expensive

The Eliminator has a keyhole on the low side, turn it and the seat latches at the front and hinges at the rear. Underseat seat storage is just about nonexistent but there is a helmet hook under the seat for convenience.

I have a small front wind screen that encircles the odometer, speedometer, RPM, fuel gauge.... it isn't very big. The only problems I have had are the gas tank float..... and some oil seepage or leakage around the clutch cable actuator that goes into the transmission. Other then that I love my bike....

They need to shove the engine from the Z900 or Z1000 into a cruiser chassis FAST. The XDiavel is sitting alone in the sport cruiser category. I like the 650s but it needs a little more power

I looked at both the Vulcan S and the Eliminator. I bought the Eliminator SE for $1800 less than I could get the Vulcan S and the Eliminator came with a pasenger seat and pegs. When you look at horsepower per pound they are about the same, so I have about the same performance of the Vulcan S and still have $1800 in my pocket. And between the Eliminator and the Vulcan S... yes, the Vulcan has a much larger displacement and more horsepower, but it's also a hundred pounds heavier. I don't have handy 30k euros for a harley, nor a BMW. Japanese quality and carefree maintenance means someone new liek me does not have to worry about it breaking down. Maybe it’s just because I’m old but I like the analog style gauges and well I don’t mind having a digital display to tell me roughly how much fuel I have left because we all know it’s a best guess scenario regardless whether it is analog or digital, I don’t need connectivity to an app of any kind.
