Awesome video mate 👍 T-MAXX looks awesome. Have been looking lately at Traxxas nitros and must say they are growing on me. One of the few companies that are still producing nitros.
I’m getting my Tmaxx Og running soon .15 engine in it I’m just hoping that the guy my step dad bought it from and he gave it to me that he put after run oil in the engine it’s not seized up or anything it’s got good compression but I can’t wait to get it fired up this winter.
Just bought one from a co worker of mine’s buddy. Gonna be getting it tomorrow (at the time of typing this) got so upgrades and a servo that allows me to tune the engine from the transmitter. Can’t wait to rip it around
Nice video! I just got into the hobby with an xmaxx two weeks ago and i already bought a tmaxx. I gotta have the lil 2stroke to go along woth the xmaxx!
Thanks, well you definitely started your Rc journey off right with the Xmaxx, I run a lot of electric kits, I’m kinda new to the Nitro side of the hobby, I am really enjoying it! It’s definitely a lot more hands on and a more scale experience, thanks for watching 🤙
@@nickystockton9403 yeah unlike the Revo the Tmaxx does not come stock with reverse but yes that red switch is for reverse, from what I’ve heard though the reverse kit causes more trouble than what it’s worth and most people remove it altogether on the Revo, so I’m not too bummed that the Tmaxx does not have reverse, my only complaint is the exhaust pipe on the side, I need to add a extension to aim it out and towards the ground so I don’t dirty up my body all the time, other than that it’s a great nitro!!
Thanks bro, yeah weather has been crazy over here lately though, looks like we might have a few sunny days coming finally, thanks for watching brother👍
Hey bro nice t maxx 3.3! Make sure you cut out a hole in the wind shield for air flow I’ve noticed that my slayer and my rustler, tmaxx always run a little hot and notice from factory there’s no air flow hole after doing it my temps almost always stay under 220
Thanks, yeah I did notice some higher temps when I was tuning it, I didn’t have my temp gun on me, I was going by the Traxxas app which I’m not very confident is all that accurate…. Who knows but I will definitely take that into consideration next run, appreciate you watching brother🤙
great video! May have to consider this as my next nitro. I notice you only use the traxxas fuel, how do you like it and have there been any tuning issues with it.
@@LameduckArmyOF1 thanks, Traxxas nitro works great for me, no issues with tuning, the only negative being it’s a little more expensive than other brands.
It sounds like every time it shifts to 2nd u always let off the throttle and get back in it just let the darn thing eat man and hold it opened up for a little it ain't gonna hurt it.
lol, I hear ya man, just need a better running location, when I do the gps speed run I will definitely be in a better more open space to run this beast full throttle! stay tuned brother and thanks for watching 🤙
t maxx 3.3 number one t maxx 3.3 is the king and t maxx classic number one and t maxx classic is the queen and the nitro rustler number one and nitro second king but all nitro rc cars number and they a ll number one and they the all best.

That back yard is huge , the grass is also well kept and perfect height
It’s the same size as a football field! Freakin awesome
Awesome video. My first RC was a TMaxx 3.3 Love that truck! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for watching! I’m kinda new to the nitro side of the hobby, first nitro monster truck and third nitro kit over all, I’m having a blast!🤙
Absolutely love it man! My first RC was a T-Max back in the early 2000s
Yeah it’s a classic! Still a awesome truck in 2024

traxxas nitro number one.
That red swing is for the reverse kit. I’m gonna have to buy a new one. Hobby shop just called me said there’s to many missing parts to repair!! 😢

I love traxxas so so so much.
Great video this engine make the life easyer😅 with 11k carb very stable
What phone holder are you using? Looks handy, it would be cool if traxxas came out with one, since where else would you put it when using the tqi app
@@electronios9793 the phone holder is made by Traxxas, for the app, I think they are like 20 dollars from what I remember, thanks for watching 🤙

The tool you had was it the Traxxas multi tool set? If so how do you like it, work well ? Was thinking of getting a set like that . Thanks
It was a dynamite tool set, same thing just not Traxxas
@@rcreviews9894 Thanks!
t maxx 3.3 the god and t maxx classic is the god and nitro rustler is the god.
Take my advice run VP Nitro fuel , better than Traxxas top fuel, your tmaxx will run smoother and better
Good advice I will definitely try that out, would you suggest staying at 20% or moving up to 30?
where is the low speed adjustment
