Another great work of glowing, dancing colors with unique placement of shadows and contrast and reflective wonder between imagery and reality. Totally lifting and pleasing to the eye. Great presentation. Thank you.
This is so lovely. How does your paper stay wet so long? I use good quality 100% cotton paper such as Saunders Waterford, but my paint dries rather quickly.
Thank you so much! I use quite a lot of water so it stays wet for a long time, plus it is rather humid where I live (especially lately), so this helps the paper stay wet too. I have limited experience with Saunders Waterford so I am not sure how different it is from Baohong in terms of water control... When it is hot and dry I sometimes use a fine mist spray bottle to "refresh" the wash while I am still working on it.
