I'm Filipino but my idol in badminton is Lee chong wei ;-)

I honestly took Badminton just to have credits for college... but as I kept playing I started to learn and love the sport (along with rivalries of course) Then I wanted to see some actual pro badminton players. LCW is like no other player I've seen. He may lost on the big tournaments for 1st place, but he has heart, passion, and fire in his soul in each rally. Not game, not match, but rallies. Not to mention his footwork and technique (which are also incredible) Such a hard working player! He deserves gold!

For me, the reason why LCW is the legend and the best player in his era because he is the only Malaysia player who could plays at very high stage for a very long time. Unlike any other players especially from China, they have many sparring partners which have the same ability or close. LCW is truly legend for his spirit and enthusiasm
