I’ve recently started crocheting after losing my mum 2 months ago suddenly, I’m only 25 and was a wreck in the beginning! I found a love for crochet through your channel and have almost finished a ridged ripple blanket for my 1 year old daughter and almost finished a granny square blanket for my 2 year old son! Thank you so much and take care! ❤️ xx
I was reading the comments and I just want to tell you I am so sorry for your loss I know exactly how you feel I lost my mom years ago and and I am so glad you found crochet as a way to help it is very hard losing our loved ones and even harder to find away to keep going i also found a lot of peace in meditating and there are also videos on TH-cam it helps so much and you will gain so much insight and again I am sorry for your loss
It’s just like you read my mind. I usually avoid granny squares but I can’t wait to try this. I’m not a fan of the multi colours in the video sample but can imagine some wonderful colour combos to do this in.
I love your tutorials! I'm new to crochet and I only use your videos. You explain it so well and the pace is perfect to follow. Just made my first granny square with success, thank you! :)
Love this square. About 4 months ago you told me after the holidays you would show us how to make the solid one. I hoping to make baby shower gift in time. Thankyou!
Thank you for this pattern. My eyesight is getting worse as I get older and now that I am retired I can play with my yarn all day but seeing stitch definition with darker yarns has become a problem. I like to make afghans to donate, keeps me busy and playing with colors passes the time, and use a lot of scrap yarn. This technique of crocheting the dc between the ones below is a game changer. So much easier and the circles become stars or flowers. Again, thank you!!
I love your videos and find them so easy to follow so I was wondering if you could possibly do some Christmas projects? I want to make things for Christmas but find written patterns to hard to follow x
Thank you! Sadly this yarn is from a loooong time ago and I can’t actually remember what it was called - I’ll try and find out (hopefully it’s still being sold!) 🌸
@@BlossomCrochet Many thanks, I am very new to crochet and all I have learnt is through your videos. They are very detailed and easy to follow. Keep up the excellent work.
Thankyou so much for your ever so easy to follow tutorials .. I have been joining my granny squares the way you showed on your joining granny squares tutorial ( the white and grey ) .. I would like to make this beautiful granny square adding 2 more rows in the white yarn , do I still continue the same way by chaining 4 then continuing. Also I would like to make a large throw using this pattern and the pattern on your joining granny squares ( white and grey ) Would this be ok when it comes to joining them, as with this pattern you chain one in between but in the other you don’t .. I hope you know what I mean 😊 Thankyou so much again & God Bless ❤
Thank you Rebecca for another lovely Granny Square tutorial.
You are so welcome! Thank you Shirley 🧶

Hi Carrie, I just have the video tutorials 🌸
Could you post a tutorial on crocheting a hat (beanie) and how to make simple flowers? I love you videos.
Very pretty. When will you post the solid one? Happy Holidays!!!
It's on my list for after my Christmas Series has finished :)
Very nice
How do you calculate how many edges to make in between your corners (for bigger circles)?
I figured it out ! Make sure your circle is divisible by 4 and then you skip three for your edges! :)
No lo entiendo podría hacerlo con un solo color
What size hook?
What is the size of this square? I am making incubator covers with 6" squares!
Hi Charlie, if you need to make it a certain size, you can add additional rows to the square to make it as big as you need :)
