Eagles clinched a division title next week when the giants lost and even though their records matches, eagles swept the giants during that season. The team who the giants beat that next week after that eagles game (packers) allowed them to also clinch the 6th seed when they also beat their rival bears next week in week 17. Meaning that the giants lost the opportunity to clinch a wild card berth as well. And then the eagles and packers squared off in the wild card round that year. They beat the eagles there as they did week 1, and eventually won the Super Bowl.

For one, taunting requires that you are targeting a specific player or somebody on the other team (pointing/gesturing toward them). Secondly, he was trying to make sure there were 0’s on the clock so that it was the last play, it wasn’t meant as a celebration. 3rd, “the 1st returner” has a name, it’s Desean Jackson put some respect on him
DeSean was flagged for taunting just a week or two prior for stopping at the goal line and falling backwards into the Dallas end zone. So yeah, he was known for that kinda thing.
